Then we were "escorted" to the front door because we basically told them to just go away and the employee that escorted us acted like he was going to get physical with the gentlemen I had with me for absolutely no reason. We were merely trying to leave and were harassed by just about the entire staff. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. We will never go back and highly discourage anyone else from doing business with them. Also furniture is very cheap quality and they know very little about anything they are selling. Much higher quality of furniture was purchases elsewhere.

I was just in the area last week and picked $100 worth of toys for the kiddos and, I ain't gonna lie, MYSELF, only to come back a few days later to pick up another $20 worth (again, for myself!). I appreciate Imaginations for being a locally owned and operated business and for carrying the high quality, german-based toy line that you really can't find anywhere else in the area (except for Barnes & Noble). I'm worried there are so many bad reviews, and I guess in 2019 Rowe was bought out by another company.. And that's when things went down hill. So getting back to my furniture I custom ordered. The specs on the website and the specs on what I received are totally different! The height of the sofa and chairs are supposed to be 35" they are 32", the seat hey 21" they are actually 19",the sofa lenvth 110" is actually 105" the chair width 39" actually 37" then the cushions on the sofa are supposed to be the height of the back of the sofa they are about shorter than the website shows.. How do you post specs and make a totally different size sofa!? A lot of money to get something different... Having said that... The furniture is beautiful and fits well in my space. The shortage compared to the specs, don't seem to matter... Except for the height of the sofa back cushions... But I can live with it... I love my new furniture. So, my suggestion if you are going to buy Rowe. Check a showroom. Ask for a spect sheet, and actually measure the furniture to compare. I'd be curious if they short inches on showroom pieces. If you order, make it clear you are expecting exact spec measurements.

This is a picture of the brand new Rowe chaise sectional I purchased from a local retailer in…read moreNovember 2025. When I bought it, I was told it would arrive within 6-8 weeks. Three months later, I still didn't have my couch. Every time I contacted the seller, I was told it was "waiting to be shipped." Once it finally shipped, it took another 4 weeks to arrive. My husband was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery, and we had planned to pick up the couch before his surgery. Due to all the delays, the retailer kindly arranged free delivery, and we finally received the sectional in March. At first, everything looked great. But after a couple of weeks, I vacuumed it -- which is one of the recommended ways to care for Crypton fabric -- and noticed an area on the arm of the chaise where the material had never been attached properly. There also wasn't enough fabric there to even secure it correctly. I immediately contacted the retailer, who reached out to Rowe. Rowe admitted it could not be repaired and said the chaise would need to be completely remade. Fine. Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket to ship the chaise back. Thankfully, the retailer pushed back on that, and Rowe agreed to replace it. Next, they said I would need to send back one of my couch cushions so they could match the fabric. I reluctantly agreed, and they were supposed to send me a shipping label. Three weeks went by with no label. When I followed up, I was told the label had actually been emailed to the retailer and overlooked. At that point, I had thought more about it and realized how unreasonable this whole situation was becoming. I purchased this as one complete sectional, not separate pieces. I did not feel I should have to be inconvenienced further or be without a couch cushion for months because of a manufacturing defect. I told them that if they could not remake the chaise without taking part of my couch away, then they should replace the entire piece. They refused, offering only a temporary cushion cover while the chaise was being remade. My concern was that after another 5+ months of use, the new chaise might not match the rest of the couch anyway. After all the delays, inconvenience, and lack of customer care, I finally told them to forget it. I'll try to staple the fabric down myself and hope it holds up. I paid over $4,000 for this sectional, and this is absolutely not the quality or service I expected from an American-made company. Needless to say, I will never purchase from Rowe again. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money with this company.
