Masks are required and social distancing is easy to maintain. I love the personal attention and pampering. This is a great shop to get a unique gift for someone who is hard to shop for. They offer some cool picture frames as well, which I bought as gifts for a few friends, who loved them. The price tags on the clothes are a bit pricey, though. Not somewhere the average college student can regularly shop, unless you are one of those spoiled sorority girls who have their parents pay their credit card bill every month (which seemed to be the case with a lot of Mad Dog's customers). Overall, it is a nice escape to indulge in occasional retail therapy post-final exams.

The Manager took one look at them with my receipt and tags and immediately went to grab another pair for me. They didn't have them but said they'd ship them in from the Roanoke store. One employee literally followed us around (to make sure we were stealing or something?), just constantly finding something she needed to do within a few feet of us the entire time we were in the store. Additionally, for a second hand store, the prices are crazy. You'd be far better off shopping pretty much anywhere else, this place is just pretentious and unwelcoming.
