I grabbed a basket. This store is severely cluttered, with narrow aisles for 1 shopper or cart in them. They seem to mark their products with a black sharpie. This store is enormous. It looks like a lot of Costco, dollar tree excess stuff that didn't sell. Some prices were high even, such as $24 Legos and $8.99 towels. There are a boatload of toys and clothes. I bought an ND flag, Reeses popcorn, and 2 bottles of pop. They had Glacier National Park stuffed animals and excess stuff saying Silverton, CO. Places I had not been to. This pottery was alright, but then marked with a sharpie. How dumb. This place was very similar to Gopher Bargain Center in St Cloud. Oh, there's a lot of expired Easter candy. Anyone?

The stove was not what I ordered, but since they had nothing at their store that I wanted, they refused to do anything about it. One item did not have a handle, one item had not been leveled. When my son-in-law tried to level it, he discovered there was a back wheel missing. That was a month ago -- still no back wheel. Unfortunately, it is about the only place to order appliances in this town. Maybe that's why they don't seem to care if their customers are satisfied.

For more than 2 months, a range that was delivered has been leaking propane. Cullen's has been…read morecompletely dismissive of the claims and constantly blaming other people. They failed to convert the range to propane from natural gas (as they adamantly stated would be completed) and tried to blame the gas company. The gas company came out and was able to definitively determine that it was, in fact, the range and Cullen's basically refuses to fix it. Meanwhile, the range continues to leak propane in the home and Cullen's has completely dismissed these claims and here we are months later with a range that still leaks propane. I would absolutely never purchase any appliances from this place.
