I do believe sometimes the prices can be a tad too high on items but for the most part they are pretty fair and do mark things down if they sit more than a couple weeks. I didn't have a lot of luck with finding stuff that fit me right (being a young adult between sizes) I admit I had a lot of stuff to put back so I asked if they had a rack or somewhere to put the clothes the lady (who I was told was the manager) had said either I put it back or they do and I was about to turn around and put it back when she was super rude and had me give it to her to put it back. when she saw the amount of stuff I had to put back she started body shaming me saying "are you seriously not gonna buy any of this" and "how does none of this fit you" along with getting 3 other people to help and saying all of these are XL and L's rudely, just general being mean I was stunned. she said the same things to my friend who was with me and I was seriously thinking about putting the stuff I was buying back and walking out but I know the proceeds go to a good cause supporting women. I thought about going back and telling her she should really think about how she talks to people because people talk and having younger people in your store is important for keeping another generation shopping at your store. I have talked to a few people and they agree they have almost always seen her being rude to people. I don't want to black list the store and not return but now I dont want to return and get treated the same way. Thank you for taking the time to read.

Not often do you find yourself in a store where they say they won't sell you an item they had for…read moresale. I had picked out a pair of boots that were on the shoe rack for sale but when I brought them up to the counter I told the gal that there was no price listed on them she said she couldn't sell them to me. She explained that because it lacked the tag information (to pay out to the correct consignment account) she couldn't sell me the boots and to come back on Monday. Okay I understand but shouldn't they have a policy in place to remedy this situation? Like a standard price for the shoe type and sort out the details later? Also the fact that she said "come back Monday" not "oh can I take your name and number?" Or "We can hold them for 24 hours (or whatever amount of time) after we notify you of their price" or even "I'll get the price and hold them and why don't you call on Monday and you let me know if you'll still take them" NOTHING. The gal that works here is really nice and all but that's just a super weird thing to be told at a store and then turned away. I asked my mom if she ever experienced this at her Krupkes location in Fergus Falls and she said that any time it has ever happened to her they have a price for her before she leaves the store and have never REFUSED to sell her an item. The only thing I can think is that this location doesn't have access to the same data or they literally don't care to have and contingency plan in place or even a notable sign that's says items missing tags won't be sellable on short notice. Their open hours 10-5 aren't even convenient for the average full time worker to stop in during the week. Fat chance of coming in on Monday even if I had the capability to.

People go to a thrift shop to find bargains, not to pay retail prices on items. Used Northface Jacket $30, ceramic mugs $30 each.... The prices were crazy. Very very disappointing.
