I visited the store in an attempt to return the mattress for a refund. They would not do that, instead we got the old bait and switch allowing us to double what we paid for a "better" mattress. I want my money back. This is why stores like this lose sales to 100% satisfaction stores that will take returns ie; Costco, Walmart, Target...... Of the 7, one didn't work at all -- took two weeks to get it replaced. There was a feature I told them very specifically I did NOT want -- it was there. The stove was not what I ordered, but since they had nothing at their store that I wanted, they refused to do anything about it. One item did not have a handle, one item had not been leveled. When my son-in-law tried to level it, he discovered there was a back wheel missing. That was a month ago -- still no back wheel. Unfortunately, it is about the only place to order appliances in this town. Maybe that's why they don't seem to care if their customers are satisfied.
