The staff I've encountered have been helpful and friendly. On one of the occasions I was there, there was an issue with my card not working when I swiped, but the clerk happily unplugged his card reader and reset it which worked to fix the problem, and I was able to use my card. He was kind and apologized for it not working correctly. I wouldn't recommend the apple flavored o-ring gummies as they didn't have any effect and were pretty pricey for what you get, but I really enjoyed their Space Gods THC/CBD gummies for $19.99 per bag. They tasted amazing and had a strong calming effect. They have so many different fruity flavors, and I'd suggest getting the pink lemonade. Parking is easy with it being in a strip mall, and I'd recommend coming here for any smoking-related product. They had cases of glassware and a great selection of vapes.

The quality for the price is beyond any other i have ever used. The worker was really friendly from the time i came in until i finally purchased the product. I stopped through on my way up north as I needed a 510 battery. The guy I talked to was great and…read morerecommended the branded Adam's Tobacco Shop battery. I purchased it and I loved it! Unfortunately, after maybe a month or so of using it, it stopped working. I called and asked about why I might be having issues and if they had any type of exchange/refund policy and I was informed that it was most likely a manufacturer error that they will not reimburse or exchange for, which I understand can happen. So, I drove through again and stopped to buy another one (I really liked this battery!). This was Thursday 5.16.24. As of today, 5.24.24, the new battery has stopped working. I immediately called and asked about this again. Firstly, the guy I talked to (different than 1st guy) said they don't sell any product like that, and I said, well it has Adam's Tobacco Shop printed on it... and after he realized they do in fact sell that item, I explained I had purchased the same exact item a couple months ago and experienced the same problem and also called about it and that I was told it was a manufacturer error. The response I received was that in order for any type of refund/exchange to happen, I would have to know who sold me the product and that I could only get a refund/exchange with that person. I was also told I could call back tomorrow for someone that knows more. It would have been nice to have better customer service and to have gotten a call back vs. having to call in again. Unfortunately, I will not recommend or visit again because of this experience.
