I have been seeing Tara for over 13 years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly talented when I first started going to her, but somehow she has continued to grow and evolve into a true expert in restorative bodywork and wellness techniques. What sets Tara apart is that I always physically feel better after every session. Whether I am dealing with tension, soreness, stress, or simply need to reset, her treatments consistently provide real relief and leave me feeling renewed and balanced. Beyond her exceptional skill and knowledge, Tara is one of the most genuine, compassionate, and kind people I have ever met. She truly listens, cares deeply about her clients' well-being, and creates a welcoming, healing environment where you feel completely supported. Finding someone with both extraordinary talent and such a caring heart is rare. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Tara in my life, and after more than a decade of treatments, I can honestly say she has made a meaningful difference in my overall health and well-being. If you are looking for someone who is highly skilled, intuitive, and truly dedicated to helping people feel their best, Tara is exceptional. read more

I've been seeing Tara for monthly massages, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. She's incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to listen. She asks about what's been bothering you, pays attention to the details, and adjusts each session based on what your body needs that day. No two appointments are exactly the same, which is exactly how great bodywork should be. I also love that she has so many techniques in her toolbox. Whether it's cupping, hot stones, laser therapy, or cryotherapy, she incorporates them when they'll truly benefit your recovery and healing. Every treatment feels customized, never routine. The space is calm and welcoming, and Tara's positive energy makes it easy to relax the moment you walk in. My monthly appointments have become something I genuinely look forward to, and they've made a significant difference in helping me manage ongoing chronic pain. Finding someone with this level of skill, compassion, and professionalism is rare. Tara is truly exceptional, and I recommend her without hesitation. read more

If there were an option for 10 stars, I would give it without hesitation! I have been getting a massage with Tara once a month, and she is truly exceptional. Her mindfulness and ability to focus on exactly the areas of your body that need attention are incredible. She takes the time to listen, understand what you're experiencing, and tailor each session to your specific needs. What sets Tara apart is her dedication to continuing education and staying up to date with new techniques and equipment that enhance the healing process. Beyond massage, her knowledge and insight into wellness and overall health have been invaluable to me and have helped me tremendously while navigating certain health issues. Tara genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and healing journey. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend her enough! read more

I've had a great experience with Tara. She's very friendly, personable, and does a really good job of tailoring each session to what's bothering me rather than making it feel like a standard massage. She's been especially helpful with tension in my back and neck, and I usually notice a real difference in how I feel and move afterward. One thing I really like is that she brings more to the session than just the massage itself. Because of her yoga background, she's also shared useful stretching tips based on what she's noticing, and she offers additional recovery options like cupping, red light therapy, and sauna sessions. Tara is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and creates a very comfortable environment. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a more thoughtful and well-rounded approach to massage and recovery. read more

I've known Tara Lewallen for 14 years. That's 14 years of monthly hour and a half experiences of having painful spots found and manipulated into ease. She can find the bad places before I can even point them out to her!! She's magic. Deep tissue massage is no joke and certainly not pampering but it is exactly what I need on a regular basis. Along the way we have become very good friends and I look forward to every visit. She helps me deal with my aging body in many ways and with new ideas. Tara is so caring and 100% committed to doing anything in her power to help you get over injuries or strains or tightness from stress. She has several modalities but the best modality is her super skilled and strong hands. She has been massaging both my husband and I regularly for years and we count the days until our next appointment. I would recommend adding the sauna or red light or the vibration platform for extra healing - she is so knowledgeable and buys the best tools (even cupping and cryotherapy if needed).
