My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

The ube is the biggest draw, but every time has been really purple but barely any ube flavor. Haupia (coconut) is okay, tastes a bit artificial. Biscoff was too sweet and a bit runny. There's not too much competition for malasadas so they are one of the spots to go to, but I do wish the fillings held up to the quality of the dough.

The tater tots were good. A little greasy and could stand to be a little crunchier but good. Their beverage cooler is weak. It's also facing the direct sun and they aren't very cold at all. The sitting area is loud as it's less than a stones throw from the main railroad tracks. The dining area is small and makeshift. Take it to go if you can. Overall....it's decent.
