This eatery is conveniently located inside the Mobile station at the intersection of 199 and FM 51. I happened to stop by a few days ago and sampled a few items from the menu. They have burgers and some Greek style food. I had a Gyro, a Greek salad and a small piece of baklava. The counter-help were enthusiastic and energetic. The food was not horrible, but not great.

My only complaint is their online presence needs drastic communications improvement. Example, their facebook Posts have nothing to do with *what* they do. I got home and the pizza had no pepperoni, banana peppers on half and no sauce at all. I also ordered brownies. They were mostly batter and barely cooked. This was a carryout order so I had driven 25 miles round trip. I called and asked if they would make it correctly and deliver to me. They said they would but would charge me a gratuitous $5 delivery fee. I asked for the manager and asked for a good faith gesture to deliver a pizza as it was ordered at no cost to me. He would not, citing their policy, to which they were unwilling to make a $5 exception. This is not the first time they have messed up my order but never this badly. The teller Chole did not finish the order and wanted to know why the car was still sitting there. She said you did not take me drink order, then ordered a large cherry limeade to which the teller told her she does not know where that button was to order that and could she make a different selection. So when I pulled up to order I ordered a small shake for my granddaughter and a small cheese stick since its Mozzarella Monday. But she told me I had to pay full price because the Springtown location only uses the app. So I asked her to take it off and she said "NO" that she had already completed the order and that "I had to pay". I replied with then I can drive off or you can take it off the order. She called out for the manager and yelled, "this guy no longer wants the cheese sticks"! She opened back the window and said that will be $3.89 and snatched my card from my hand then slammed the window shut. When it opened she said "here" shoving the card and shake at me back and forth. In my opinion this place is so bad because they only seem to hire teen managers run the place and they can't seem to hire proficient employees. The brisket was nearly flavorless, and both meats were bone-dry. Brisket is easy to get wrong if you're not experienced, but unless you overcook pork ribs to a ridiculous extent they're difficult to dry out that much. At the time we chalked it up to the possibility of a single off day, and resolved to give them another chance at some point. That point was yesterday, when we ordered (again, via DoorDash) the pork ribs again, smoked ham, collard greens, pinto beans and coleslaw. Well past the original estimated delivery time I received a call from our DoorDasher and Maxey informing me that they were out of pinto beans, so I opted to substitute more coleslaw. When the food finally arrived both meats were, once again, just as dry as they could possibly have been. It was actually difficult to tell where the rib meat ended and the bones began. Not even the BBQ sauce could save it. The ham was in a similar condition, though not quite as bad as the ribs, which were actually burnt (I'm not talking about bark, I'm talking about charcoal). The coleslaw was nearly flavorless, and while the collard greens were a little better, they were clumped into dense balls of leaves, making for a very unappetizing texture. We won't be making the same mistake a 3rd time.
