I sometimes work nearby, so when I need a quick, convenient, and tasty lunch, this will be one of…read moremy go-to options. Though unassuming at first glance, this food truck serves up some great Mexican food. I've tried both the tacos and quesadilla, and both are great. The tacos are street-style, and the tortilla itself is a tasty vehicle for whatever protein you get. And the various toppings that you get, including the salsas, provide brightness, heat, and crunch to make the experience much more enjoyable. i have noticed, though, that the tortilla sometimes slightly breaks when the sauces from the meat sit on it for a few minutes when serving. I think having a double tortilla for their tacos would fix this problem. The quesadillas are my favorite item - they're cooked perfectly every time, and the cheese that melts within it creates such a luxurious, decadent meal. My favorite proteins are the pastor, which you've most likely seen at other places as well, cholito (beef and cheese), and pastorcito (pork and cheese). I've never seen the latter two offered as meat options anywhere else, and after having them here, I'm wondering where they've been all my life. Absolutely fantastic! Pricing is comparable to other taco food trucks in Seattle. The food truck itself is situation in the parking lot of a Chevron gas station, so there is a small parking lot, if needed. Also, there are a few tables set up right outside of the food truck in case you want to eat there. A very good option for quality Mexican food if you're in the area. I'll continue to go back if I'm craving Mexican for lunch.

Make sure and check your items as they are frequently so slammed they may leave out or overlook something. They do season on the spicier side/ esp heavy on the black pepper. Trust me when I say their red salsa will stay on your mind and tongue for hours. So for those of you who complain hot isn't hot enough, give it a try. I typically get their jamaica, although they have added a strawberry horchata i'm getting next. Their burritos are huge, but I prefer the tacos and am working my way through the menu of them. They have 3 that are different, but the majority have fried onions, and diced fried potatoes in them, which when I was a vegetarian was how I bulked out my Mexican food. Recommended in any form. The tacos are also larger, on 6 inch tortillas. So I find one will do and a great combo w their yummy, home made chips & guac w green salsa. The taco salad is next on my menu.

The outside a little scary, is it open or am I at the right place ? My fear now was, how am I going to communicate to the girl what I want because all I know is English and thank God she was bilingual and her English was perfect so it was one less stress in my life that I had to worry about because I knew I found someplace I'm going to enjoy... I showed her the photo that someone took almost 8 years ago, told her I want this exactly as the picture and off she went ... Next thing I knew, she brought out my drink my utensils and also a sample of the soup and let me say that was delicious on a cold day I could see myself eating a bowl of this soup... I did see another customer order some kind of soup, its a big bowl, I'll be back for sure now, that soup looks delicious. My (mexican pizza in English) came and it was big and like any pizza, you had your pick of ingredients and I guess mine would be more like a combination pizza, so i think i know how I'll make my next pizza, next time I order it .. Don't expect Tex Mex or Taco Bell type food here, its from the region of Oaxaca, Mexico and what i got, it was different it was delicious it was a little bit spicy for me but overall IT WAS GOOD ! I little pricey but the service was on point, the food was delicious and it was an good experience, so it was worth it ... Hope you enjoy it as much as I did...

The carne asada is like ranchera style and the tripas was crispy to perfection! Not to mention the salsas were a good spice! DO NOT skip the Caldo De Res!!!! If I was Latina.. these flavors are definitely what I would expect from home cooked dishes. The chili powder that comes with this is spicy so add sparingly. This will definitely be my new street taco spot and whenever I need more Caldo De Res in my life! Will be recommending this spot to everyone!
