The cashier, Joseline (as listed on our receipt), immediately made a face and asked another employee, "Why?" When she asked if we were ordering or picking up and we said we wanted to order, she responded, "OMG, why? They're going to order," and continued giving us attitude throughout the entire interaction. We felt unwelcome from the very beginning. To make matters worse, she charged us for two separate combos when we had clearly explained that we wanted to add wings to a combo that had already been ordered. When we tried to correct the mistake, her response was, "Well, it's already done," instead of making an effort to help resolve the issue. When an order was ready she would yell out the name and the food wasn't even on the counter yet, and since we didn't RUN to get it she put the bag in the "pick up " rack when she clearly knew we were there waiting. The floors were also dirty, and the overall atmosphere did not make us feel comfortable dining there. We understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, but customers should not be made to feel like a burden simply for wanting to order food. If the restaurant closes at midnight, Google needs to be updated because it currently lists the closing time as 1 AM. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially after a long day of traveling. Good customer service and a clean dining environment should be the bare minimum. We left feeling disappointed and unwelcome, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service and cleanliness.
