I will definitely be picking these up to serve at family BBQs instead of making cornbread. There was an unexpected issue with the food order for my best friend's celebration, and we had over 150 hungry guests waiting to be fed. Yolanda and the El Zarape team immediately stepped up and somehow managed to prepare enough food for everyone in a little over an hour! Their urgency, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were incredible. They took a stressful situation that wasn't their fault and did everything they could to make it right. My wife and I visited the evening of 10/20/26 about 5:30 p.m. The lady in front was taking an order over the phone and after several minutes another lady finally came from the back area. However, the two registers are no longer available to all customers. Only the "Cash Only" register was available and since we and the party behind us both planned to use a credit card (for which a fee is charged) we could not place our orders. This is unacceptable. We will go back again in the future, but if we encounter this problem again it may join one other restaurant in town we no longer go to for the same reason.
