I called and confirmed the house stats and prices and made the appointment. I know this is a dusty business, but the truck, equipment and crew were all clean neat and tidy. Matt and Angel were polite, friendly and left my visible home cleaner than when they arrived. After seeing the before and after photos of the ducts they obviously left them cleaner than I thought possible. The house is almost 60 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. It was so worth it! I had problems receiving the photos, but the office manager and even the owner worked to get them to me. The actual service performed was great and the field workers, staff and owner addressed all my concerns and issues. EXCEPTIONAL!

Bob himself came to help me with the initial pumping because his teams were all busy and could not get there until the next day. We had opened all window & doors with ceiling fans on since John left. The next morning carpet felt crunchy, not soft like it was. But the worst part I awoke to a wet dog smell. The rooms are not real big; but plenty of room for one to two people. There is a whirlpool tub, a large, walk-in shower, a couple of nightstands, and a desk. There is only one chair in the room, and no refrigerator. Ice is available from the bartender. Breakfast is included with your stay, and there is an omelette station and assorted breads and cereal. I ate in the restaurant one evening, sitting at the bar. The bartender was very busy, but service was good and the food was excellent. I had a burger with fries and everything was very tasty, fresh, and hot. The bar and restaurant seemed to attract a local crowd as well as the patrons of the hotel. I definitely recommend both a hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was very reasonably priced and worked great for what I needed.
