When they arrived they were very clean and very professional. I felt very comfortable with them working in my home. They repaired the heater and conducted some general maintenance. It was much lower than I had anticipated and that included the preventative maintenance plan. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The tech was kind and informative. They came for a free "tune up" on our AC/furnace…read more What was supposed to be a 15-30 minute tune up turned into more than 3 hours, maybe 4? With multiple techs coming into our house. Not super respectful of our time. They quoted that we needed all new duct work for thousands of dollars, which, fine, thank you for the info but we don't have 20K to get all new ducts. The problem: They took out our old filter in our furnace and threw it away. Forgot to let us know that, so we just were running it with no filter for 10+ days, which is pretty bad for the unit and our air quality throughout the home. It's also potentially a safety hazard to not have a filter...seems odd for a company that specializes in this to leave our unit worse off seeing as they came to "tune it up".
