We ordered: 1 Mushroom ghee roast 1 Baby corn manchurian 1 Onion chilli uttapam 1 Benne dosa 1 Chole bhature 1 Set dosa with salna 1 Jackfruit biryani The 'Mushroom ghee roast', was truly excellent with great flavors. The mushrooms were nicely coated in the rich, spicy ghee roast masala, delivering that bold South Indian punch. Next came the 'Baby corn Manchurian',, a classic Indo-Chinese favorite. The baby corn had a good crunch and the sauce had that familiar tangy-spicy flavor you associate with hakka cuisine. For the dosa section, we tried the 'benne dosa', which had a nice buttery flavor and crisp texture- simple yet satisfying. All the above South Indian dishes were great but what blew us away was the 3 chutneys: Tamarind, Spicy Tomato Chilli and Green Peanut. Moving to the North Indian side, the 'Chole bhature' came with fluffy bhature and well-spiced chole. We absolutely loved the depth of flavor.
