From the moment we met, McKensie's energy was so positive. Here is what I care about when choosing a stylist that McKensie checked every box for me. She is very personable, she genuinely listened to my concerns and reviewed the pics I brought in of where I wanted my blonde highlights and lowlights to ultimately look like. She is very meticulous and skilled with placement of highlights and lowlights, taking her time with every foil placement. She saved all of my hair information in an app, color, cut, etc., so that I have consistency with my hair each time I come in. The hair products used in my hair made my hair feel so well conditioned, luxe, healthy and shiny. I mean, even getting my hair wash so relaxing. I am very realistic and manage my expectations when beginning to work with a stylist; understanding it could take several times to get to where I want my hair to be. McKensie exceeded my expectations with the my hair color and overall experience the first time sitting in her chair!. Oh, and the salon is beautiful. Open concept, modern and chic, as well as everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The moment I booked with her she was a breathe of fresh air. I prob asked her 40 questions for my first appointment, and she answered all of them with grace. Usually ppl get annoyed, but Cori was always friendly and helpful from the start. For my trial appt we went with a darker shade and it settled beautifully! The entire sesh we just chatted while she did her thing. Her salon is so incredibly cute and CLEAN! I fell in love with her that day. I decided to have her tan me up again for my wedding day. Again, I had so many questions and concerns about the tan staining my dress and she helped ease my mind and we figured out the best plan to prep before the wedding. She has always been so responsive and so sweet about this entire process. My tan was absolutely PERFECT and gorgeous for my wedding! I was looking to get tan by Friday for an event I had coming up. Other than that, I would NOT be returning for any more services. I never showed interest in upgrading to a membership. I strictly voiced I'll be here 3-4 times this week, that's it. I was under the impression I purchased a package to match, come to find out 5 months later they had me on a $73 monthly membership fee. I didn't even know I was a member nor would I ever have agreed to a membership. I went in 3 times that one week and burned my skin EXTREMELY bad due to the guy telling me the beds didn't require the lotion! He seemed very uninformed about the business, so I assumed he was new and didn't complain at the time. The only feedback I provided was during my second visit, when I kindly explained that lotion was necessary because the burns were so severe that I could barely tolerate the shower water touching my skin. Because of how painful the burns were, I did purchase lotion during my second visit in an attempt to help my skin. Ultimately, I was unable to use all of the tanning sessions I had purchased because I was in too much pain to continue. Again, had no idea he signed me up for a package! I spoke to manager but she could care less and refused to acknowledge a mistake could have been made on their part. She said I signed the contract so, too bad basically. Little did I know I should've read that fine print because it was absolutely not explained to me I was signing up for a membership. I do not have the luxury or interest to pay a membership on something like that. Super disappointed. Would never recommend this place to anyone. She told me I had to cancel online and it could not be done over the phone, so I cancelled online then went in for a requested print out of my cancellation and was told it takes 1-2 business days to process and the manager will get back to you in a week or so to confirm. I asked if I could just cancel in front of her and she said it has to go through the online process. So, it's much more difficult to cancel than it is to sign up. Hopefully, she processes my request to cancel soon. Horrible business model.
