I have been a client there for years when I lived in Lincoln and always had some issues with their…read moreservice in regards to how entitled and rude they were. The last time I made an appointment there they scheduled me for the wrong time, then denied me service because I got there at 5:50 instead of 5:45 then claimed that my appointment was at 5:40. My main issue is that their parking lot literally takes 5 minutes just to be able to get into because it crosses the target parking lot, but even then, they should make appointments with the buffer of 5 freaking minutes to their clients. It's an extremely expensive service and I drove across town to get there just to be denied service. The main problem I have is not even the time issue - they called me a LIAR stating I am the one who wrote down the wrong appointment without ever taking into consideration that the girls taking appointments could've made a mistake on their end. They were RUDE and literally had absolutely no remorse in legit just turning my service away. They had no attempt to resolve the issue and try to make amends or find a solution for me. Never coming back to this place again.
