I am not happy at all with this place. Receptionist was extremely rude when I tried talking to her and then hung up on me.

Mitchell Henry, MD - Plastic Surgery Before & After: How Procedures Benefit You

For complicated reasons related to previous hernia surgeries, scar tissue, and resulting urological…read moreissues, I had an abdominoplasty. A friend I trust recommended Dr. Henry. He was great! Dr. Henry listened to me about what was important to me. He answered my questions. The day of surgery, I was a little nervous. He reassured me. I'm completely blown away by my results. I took some pain pills the first day and just two on the 2nd day. Today is the third day. I haven't even taken a Tylenol or anything. I feel great and can't believe how much better I look and feel. I read the negative review. Interestingly, my BMI is higher and I have diabetes. It wasn't a barrier for me. Dr. Henry's staff rocks too.

I have PCOS and despite a healthy diet and daily exercise, have been unable to get rid of the "PCOS belly". Dr. Henry is one of the doctors I sent an inquiry to over the weekend, expecting a phone call to discuss a consult. Instead, I received a text the following Monday asking the following: do I smoke or vape, do I have diabetes, and what is my height and weight. I responded that I did not smoke nor have diabetes, and provided my height and weight. They denied me by text message only based on BMI (which hasn't been used an an accurate measurement in healthcare in years). People have different body types. I'm in good shape with the exception of this PCOS belly and they didn't even take the time to meet with me or visibly see me prior to telling me I had to lose weight first. This IS the weight I CANT lose - and why I'm looking to have the procedure. Happy to bring my business elsewhere, and hoping folks reading this do the same. I've talked to another facility who's been very helpful and have an in person consult.

I visited Dr. Rustad last year for my yearly skin examination…read more Reception was very friendly and helpful and it was easy to make an appointment. I appreciated the reminders I received about my appointment so that I didn't go scatter brained and miss it. The office is in an older building, but the office space itself has a relaxing and comfortable feel to it. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly and professional front desk staff and given a short health history form. I waited only 15 mins or so till they brought me back in the room. After reviewing my concerns with his assistant I waited about 30 mins for the doctor himself. Dr. Rustad was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It was enjoyable to discuss different medical topics with him. The moles he removed went quick and painlessly. Though I did scar more than he anticipated, they are not on frequently visible areas so it isn't really a big deal. I received a call from his office with my biopsy results the following week. The only comment is there seemed to be a little mix up with my bill. I didn't get one! I had to call and remind them. Other than that, I think this is a great office with friendly and professional staff and provider.

I will be scarred for life for this, after I specifically asked for a simple burn or freeze like I have had many times prior. I was then told , no we will just cut it out, which I have had prior also, using a scalpel to scrape the surface layer or 2 and then either a chemical or electrical cauterization, so I said fine. Then I was given way to much Lidocaine, creating a nickel size lump on my skin, which was followed by the enormous scoop of flesh and a bandaid with no antibiotic, before I could see it. This is malpractice on many levels. The skin has 3 layers, warts reside in the top layer, and there is no need to remove flesh to the white meat to eliminate a wart that is the size of an ink pen dot. I was also given a spoon full of Lidocaine when I would have required none or just a touch for the appropriate procedure. So that was July 29, and now it is August 9, 12 days, and I have been told I should have stiches to close this hole. I would rather have the wart, at least that was invisible. God help anyone using this office.

Everything went well. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed! The office staff, the nurse,…read more and the Doctor, (Dr. Basler), worked quickly and efficiently and were really nice! He answered some questions I had and was very clear with the info, giving it to me in laymen's terms that I could understand. The office is across town from us but because of how I was treated, and how knowledgeable and efficient they were, it's well worth the drive!
