You can tell he's a man who loves his trade. He brought my boots from the dead for 18 pounds. I would have paid him double that as they were expensive boots. The result was as-new boots. Same result with my wife's boots as well. If you have a pair of shoes that you really like but have gone pear shape, make an effort, go to Kingston and give it Tom. He's right there in the station.

The Italian man behind the counter was so adamant that he repairs "designer" shoes all the time. HAA!! He DESTROYED my shoes. BOTH of them! The rubber soles have black spray paint all over, as well as the original red soles. My review is strictly focused on the older Italian man that works on the shoes, not any of the other workers. My beautiful heels now have to be sent to Louboutin to be fixed at an even heftier price tag than before thanks to this mans negligence!! (Although I should have initially sent them to Louboutin, I needed them ASAP for traveling) I will NEVER get my shoes fixed at the Bentalls Center Kingston location again and I highly recommend anyone who has shoes in the £500-£1000+ price range to never let this man work on your shoes!!!!
