The second shop is the Factory Outlet. I like Central Park but I think Factory Outlet sucks. A 7 pound tracksuit is just too chavtastic for me in purple and pink terry cloth. There was a 2 pound jewellery table too ( Central Park had a closer to 10 pound table). Verdict: This shop is okay to have a look around. Central Park can still be a bit expensive and Factory Outlet is total Norf London neighbourhood girls wear for people that listen to Fergie or Mutya.

I always go to this shop now and its all reasonably priced and they offer many deals on clothing items. The staff are friendly and the shop is busy and has a great atmospahere. Also it stands out from all the shops around it so it attracts you to enter. Again its a small business, so get going guys, you'll love it.

The prices are reasonable and there is plenty to choose from although it's quite small. The changing rooms let it down a bit as they are very basic curtain ones which are right in the shop and don't really have a designated area like you get with most high street stores.

My brief story and what I sent them: About 4 years ago I purchased a document bag to replace an LL Bean bag I had for years. Thought I would step it up a tad. Love the bag, but then somehow the metal bracket on the shoulder strap breaks? How is that even possible? Not happy. About 100 hours later (they promise an already achingly slow 72 hours to respond) "Aimee" sends this: Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Ted has received a lot of emails recently (probably from crappy products...I added this), and he hasn't been able to respond as quickly as he likes to! (Oh Ted, please make customer service a priority) I am very sorry to hear of the disappointment you have experienced concerning the quality of your document bag. All Ted Baker's collections undertake strict quality control testing; however, we accept that a small minority of flawed items may slip through the net. I will be sure to make note of this occurrence, and it will be taken on board for future reference. (Please make a note of this). What I sent them in response: Ted making a note of something is weak, trite and solves nothing. So far I am very underwhelmed by Teds slow response and weak customer service regarding its products. Shame on Ted Baker for charging a decent amount for its products and then not standing behind  its "quality" products. Would I buy another product or recommend it to others? Seems they are no better than other online places with products probably made in China. And excuses probably from a booklet. Sadly nobody really cares at Ted Baker. Lesson learned: Shop elsewhere. A unique thing about Ted Baker is that it lets it clothes speak for themselves, and relies predominantly on word of mouth for advertising rather than posters or commercials. I do like the clothes however I do not like shopping in their stores the music is too loud and it feels more like being in a poesy club rather than a store. The clothes are mostly very nice office clothes, they have a sophisticated edge to them that makes them stand out from other brands of office clothes. This particular branch only offers men's and women's clothes and accessories. However, the bran itself offers clothing from infancy, as well as gifts and a fragrance line. You can find branches of Ted Baker all over London so there is no need to make a special trip to this branch.

Although it wasn't the biggest shop in the world it had good-sized, clean changing rooms and a great variety of clothes. Rangeing from smart well-cut blazers and pencil skirts for work and flashy, sequinned tops and dresses for a night out to accessories, smart/casual jumpers and some extremely cute hoodies. I bought a white one with mutli-coloured stripes and diamante detail for £16.99 but I was even happier when I was told by t e cashier that I was eligible for a 10% student discount if I had my student card with me! :) My only criticism would be that some of the clothes looked a tad cheap and the price range is slightly above average but this shop is definately great for teenagers and young people who follow fashion.
