I asked for a trim!! I got a cut up to my shoulders I would never recommend this place to anybody I'm back at the l would never ever come back here! I also paid 50 dollars prices aren't that's friendly for Barbra to mess up my hair I went in today at 2:50 for a 3 o'clock appointment and left at 3:10 and I didn't have a opt for a no tip instead I had to give 18% which was 9 dollars the vibe is nice and clean but this much for a hair cut when I said trim is outrageous and will be coming back for my money because this is a huge mess up and uncalled for!!!!! and for you people to say you have licenses to do this is insane its a shame people don't have loyal hairstylists!!! I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. She was so understanding, helpful, and kind which made me look forward to my upcoming appointments with her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially Madie

It's not the topics of conversation-- I don't care, but she truly yelled like an NCAA cheerleader the whole time. Ugh.
