I love the staff, everyone is always so friendly and addresses me by name when I arrive. The facility is always clean & I love how nobody is pushy about buying their lotions. I've heard about heavy sales pressure at other places... I can't stand that! I literally can't imagine using another tanning place. They have a wide selection of beds, their pricing is very reasonable. I have only used the stand up tanning bed. They also offer spray tanning, if you're into that. I like that you can manage your membership online- so convenient! If you're looking to get your tan on before your summer vacay, look no further - Sunchain has something for everyone!

After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.

They never stopped billing me & insisted I was responsible for it. The manager at the time insisted I pay ( it was like $300 worth of billings). I told her she needed to check with corporate as this was their employee's mistake. They took 1// off & still wanted me to pay. I will never step foot in that salon again & would never recommend it.
