There is no option for a negative rating…read more Worse front office help... I started calling them last week on Wednesday, again on Thursday, and then on Friday. I was told they would call me back and they haven't. If the front office and the new patient coordinator are this way. Why would I trust the Doctors if they don't check their employees! Frustrating.

Care side- good- business side bad. I went for an annual check-up and to establish a new primary…read morecare after moving to the area. The provider was fine- no strong feelings either way. The facility was very convenient with onsite radiology and lab capabilities. I later received a bill for my co-pay as if it were an acute care rather than preventive care appointment. The representative was very condescending when I called their billing office to question, stating that since I was a new patient there was a co-pay. After explaining the preventive care provisions of my insurance and even having my insurance company contact the billing office the representative said it wasn't her call, that she would submit an inquiry and that I should hear something in 7-10 days. After three weeks still nothing so I called back- it was "still in the queue". Finally I get a letter about a month and a half later stating that since I discussed a previously diagnosed condition there was a co-pay. When I provided my medical history I mentioned abnormal lab values in the past and requested that a metabolic panel be included in the ordered labs. We discussed nothing of the actual condition, I just mentioned it as part of my medical history to ensure it was included in the labs. This is a big rant over a $30 co-pay, but the principle of it annoys me. Similar issue happened with my husband when he went for his annual physical. My family will be finding a new primary care. It is a shame because they are so convenient.

If I could give negative stars I would! I had an appt last Wednesday for a routine check up that…read moreI'd had scheduled for a while...I wondered if they would cancel this appt with all of the COVID 19 going around, but on Tuesday, I received 2 text messages confirming my appt and the office staff called me, asked me some general questions: am I running a fever, have I been out of the country, etc. I answered no to all of the questions & was told to be there in the morning. I arrive for my appt, I am greeted by a staff member that again asks me if I am sick, etc. I tell her no, the next question is:have you been around anyone that is sick? Well, I'm a nurse...so it's possible that I've been around sick people, yes. The staff member looks at me surprised, turns to another staff member doing screenings, her name was Cindy. Asked her if they could let me be seen, she was very rude, mumbled a few things under her breath, something about staying home, but "there's nothing I can do". They let me into the waiting room, the rude staff member then goes into the back & returns & asks me to come with her outside. I follow & she says "the nurse practitioner doesn't feel comfortable seeing you because you've been around sick people". I was a little bit shocked. I said well that's a shame, I'm a nurse. Cindy started to practically yell at me that people are to remain at home. I said to her again, I am a nurse, I have to work right now. (And I pointed out that she is also at work & not at home) She again started yelling & said "I don't even know why you're here". At this point, my blood began to boil. I told her I'm here because your staff called me yesterday & confirmed my appt! I had no problem whatsoever rescheduling or whatever their policy was with the COVID 19 virus circulating. Trust me, I know things are changing the hour in health care. This woman never once asked me how we can solve this issue, what I was being seen for, nothing. I have never ever been treated so rudely. To be honest, the office staff there has never been nice. Staff never seem happy there, they are rude on the phone, etc. I definitely won't be back. With all the uncertainty right now, it's a trying time for all of us. Cindy definitely should not be screening people who are anxious about what's going on in the world right now. Totally unprofessional.
