From placing the order to doorstep it was around 45 minutes for the food to arrive and we didn't just order a cheese pizza. We ordered the Margherita Pizza (which is a cheese pizza), Tropicale Pizza, and a Calamari Fritti starter. Yeah, loads of food. Each extra-large special pizza is £12.45 and unfortunately, I've come to expect small pizza sizes in England but when both pizzas arrive (yeah we ordered extra-larges on both) they were MASSIVE. More than that, the pizzas were delicious. I spent nearly £30 on the food, and while that is extortionate for a take-away I think they send out deals via flyers regularly so I'm crossing my fingers that some deals come my way. Overall the best reason for this place is that it's a local pizza joint. While Domino's and Papa John's are nearby this particular location I suggest checking out this place in lieu of the standardized "big dogs". As I said to my boyfriend while shoveling pizza into my face, I am so glad we decided to order from this place instead of going for our usual choice of Papa John's. I will definitely be trying them again. Small Ending Tip: Since it is a small joint, I think a lot of the wait times is when people order on extremely busy nights. The sandwiches were ok and when one lady picked up the plates, I let her know we were waiting for desserts. It took more than 15 minutes for the guy to come with one dessert instead of two. He didn't check the order. When he came with one dessert, we showed him the order, and he went to pick up the other dessert, which again took more than 10 minutes. I saw a lady, and I asked the manager to talk with her, and she said she's the manager. I was explaining the issue to her, and I asked for a refund for the desserts. In this industry, customer satisfaction is very important not only for the business but also for your reputation. I will definitely not be coming back to this location, where the service is not up to standard, and a place to feel welcome to come back.
