The salads and veg are freshly prepared using local ingredients and are of a very high quality. The kebabs are cooked on open charcoal (yes real charcoal fires) and you can taste. Its delicious. The shawarmas are fresh and hand created and instead of the standard elephant leg of nondescript meat, you get exceptionally tasty chicken or lamb. For me the freshness of the herbs, hand made humus, quality meat and cooking over charcoal make this place a must try. Only reason for 4 stars is that on occasion when it gets busy as there can sometimes only be one person serving you can wait quite awhile to get the food. I appreciate that they only have rushes on occasion so it doesnt make sense having 2 people. I still frequent this place as a local and think its the best food in the high street. Keep it up!
