Every room has the tanning essentials such as the goggles, stickies, deodorant, body sprays, etc. All you need to bring is some tanning lotion, which they sell in house at a reasonable price. The owner and her daughter are also always very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their salon, truly maintain their equipment, and keep everything nice and clean. Not to mention all her beds are brand new and strong, you will leave there with a nice tan and glow! The previous owner (Tropical rendezvous ) did always run specials and was on Groupon but he let his salon go to shit and never changed the bulbs. You get what you pay for. The new owner of Afterglow Tanning completely gutted the place and invested in everything new. She did a wonderful job and should be proud of herself. Go check them out, you won't be dissatisfied.

Anyway, I am writing now because i decided to return to this salon for a spray tan before my daughter's wedding. The week before the wedding, I went for a "practice" tan just to make sure I was happy. (Previously my spray tan was barely noticeable- barely any color) when I called to complain, they told me that they were closing and could not help me. (It was 9:15 pm). This time, I was so very happy to meet COREY! She took the time to ask me exactly what i wanted, airbrushed me, made me look in lighting in two different places, and made sure it was perfect. She took her time and dried me thoroughly. I was so happy with the results, I attempted to book my spray tan for the next week for my daughter's wedding with Corey. I was told that she was off that day! But guess what Corey did? She called me and said that because she wanted me to be happy and because it was such an important occasion, she would come in to work on her day off just for me! I was so thrilled, and again, she did a wonderful job. My tan looked perfect and lasted the whole wedding- weekend. I went to Glo Tanning with High Hopes to get detoxed from past environmental toxins. I was excited…read moreabout the red light, and saunas and the vibration machine. However, there was a STRONG FLOWERY scent that was so strong it knocked me over. I asked if it could be turned down and it was once. After that two machines were placed and I could no longer use the saloon services. My car smelled like the fumes, my home smelled and It affected my eyes, throat and skin. I already had cancer and it cost me 6 years of tonics and a $30,000 dollar surgery. I inquired to the staff. Some staff members experienced what I did and some had headaches and vomiting. The fix would be easy just not use toxic chemicals rather change to Young Life defuser. You'd have a natural oil and scent without causing harm to those who breathe it in. These kinds of toxins over time in many cases lead to cancer, brain issues, dementia, Alzheimer's, and skin rashes, headaches, and more.
