I used to live in Fresno for school and getting my spray tans at Touch of Summer quickly became a favorite part of my routine. She ended up doubling each curl and used all my pins before she finished the hair and then charged me an additional $23 extra for using maybe 6 pins from the salon. She just said it's an up charge but didn't give me a price, I should've asked and I would've declined. It was just a waste of money and time. My appointment went longer than scheduled and I was almost late to my party. I unpinned my hair and it all just fell flat instantly. I guess I chose the wrong hairstyle for a place like this.
