Callista helped my friends and I with our tans, she was so informative when it came to not knowing what level of tan we needed and what lotions would be best to use!! Totally coming back for all tanning needs, the vibe was amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming!!! Thanks Callista you deserve a raise!!! read more

I love Palm Beach Tan! This is the cleanest tanning salon I've ever been to. The beds are new and the staff is super friendly! Rylie always remembers me by name and is so knowledgeable about all the tanning products. She suggested a JWoww lotion and it works great. Highly recommend! read more

Met this team at Big Hat days yesterday and they were all so sweet and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions not only regarding tanning but red light therapy. Went by this location and immediately signed up for a monthly membership. The girls were very welcoming and just love how they how they're always full of smiles. read more

Do not recommend!! I was in town for a wedding and went in to get a spray tan along with my sister at the Fresno location on Friant rd. Immediately after my tan I told an employee named Saylor that I don't feel like the spray got on my arms or upper body at all. I didn't feel much spray during the session. I also paid for all the add ons for fast results and extra scent for $75. Saylor told me to come in the next day if I wasn't happy with results. So I did. It is very clear the spray did not really work or cover my arms & upper body once it developed. I came in and another employee named Hannah was very rude and not willing to help me or offer any solutions. I have pictures to show my results. My hands have a bit of tan but from my forearm on up there is no spray tan at all. It is very very disappointing. My sister who went right after me in the booth and selected the same medium spray tan + same add ons had great results, we the same natural skin color. It's obvious maybe the solution wasn't inserted properly or something about my session was incorrect but I'm very disappointed with the results and the service. I went back in to request a refund or a redo session but was not supported in the location although I was told to come back in. I'm super disappointed the service and the results. read more

Jackie, Hanna and Sergio are very Friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. Been to many Tanning Solons and by far Palm Beach Tans (PARK CROSSING) and its Staff are the best. They are always there to greet, assist and to inquire how my tanning went and wish me a good day as I leave. Douger B read more

I wrote a review praising the staff awhile back. I wish I could delete it now. frequently I am waiting and waiting for a bed as the new place is under staffed. often a woman wearing plaeather is doing nothing to help them, just disappears into a room in the back. changing my membership. read more

Great place! Nice worker! You can tell it's very clean and well taken care of. They wipe down the beds after each session. You just walk in, enter your pin, choose what bed you want given your membership level, tan and go! Love their Matrix! Very nice bed! Recommended! read more

It was very nice... only complaint is the parking...it's like a maze... girls are really nice also.

I love the new location and all the beds have new bulbs which is a plus I'm looking forward to the stand up when it's back in action

The owner is rude as he!! when you have a billing dispute. She actually hung up on me today after I sincerely thanked her. She is an incompetent and unprofessional business owner and the staff is poorly trained. Long lines. Bad vibes. They have ripped me off and many friends as well, I'm told. The beds are nice but it WONT be worth it. Go anywhere else. You will thank me later. There is a reason they are the worst reviewed salon in Fresno. TRUST ME. You can tell just how much they care about their clients by the generic response to any yelp review. They care about resolving nothing lol read more

1st off let me say this place is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Rachel, who is always helpful and wearing a beautiful smile. Rachel Makes you feel welcome and is always sharing a very positive attitude. I very seldom give a 5 but Rachel and this station deserve it. The knowledge shared here is very welcome and appreciated. I recommend you try and feel at ease knowing you're in good hands. read more

I pay a month membership fee of ~ $70. This is supposed to include as many spray tans I want a month. The last two times I have come, a week apart, they have not had in stock the normal "dark" color that use for my spray tan. They also have not had the "medium" tone either. They only have had in stock the "light" tone. This does not show a difference on my skin as I tried it last week and was unsatisfied with the results. Fast forward to this week, they again only have the light color in stock. The front desk representative recommend that I add a "Bronzer" to the color. I agreed to try it. I didn't think they would charge me for the additional bronzer since they were out of the other darker colors, but they did. I feel like my monthly membership should be paying for them to have what I use in stock and when they do not I should not be charged for an alternative. Just my two cents. Front staff is nice and understanding as I understand this is a inventory problem, although. Let's get it fixed people. I have an event to go to and I'm unhappy with your service at this time. read more

I love my tanning place. All the girls are so sweet and attentive. Sometimes it can get busy and they can be by themselves and they still hustle and and multitask. Nadia is so knowledgeable about the products and always letting me know about member promotions going on. read more

Called this location to get some quick basic information about spray tanning, and was immediately put on hold. I hung up after waiting 5:17 minutes. Not a very good first impression at all. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Employees are rude and stuck up, like you're bothering them. Worse at the Clovis location. Spray booths are always dirty and the result is not worth the money. They make you jump through crazy hoops to try and cancel your membership or get a refund. I would never do business with these people again. Believe me, you're better off with a $10 bottle of self tanner and a mit doing it yourself. read more

I have a platinum unlimited spray tan membership and this tanning salon won't let me use it, Ive had several bad experiences with this salon. I pay extra to get dark spray tans and they've run out of the dark spray. I come in 15 minutes before closing and ask to get a spray tan and they tell me it's too bad and they already took down the machine, and I can't use the other machine apparently because it's broken. I don't know why I'm spending $80+ a month when I can't even use my membership. Don't go here!!!! there machines don't work half the time, they take them down early and won't spray you, and they run out of color and they won't do anything to accommodate you. I've been to other palm beach tans and haven't had bad experiences like this this place is really in the trenches. Let me also say, I've been using palm beach tan services for 7+ years and I've never had to write a bad review for a salon until now. read more

This salon SUCKS. BOTH locations. No one can ever speak on the phone. You get put on hold just for them to forget about you. Receptionist are super snotty. Can't go back until 24 hours after you tan. Don't waste your money. Four seasons on Cedar/Nees is your best bet. read more

I started tanning here in may. It's a nice place to tan on my lunch break. A little high in prices but they do have good sales so take advantage of them. I did have an issue ( it was a misunderstanding) when I first started coming with one of the girls there. She made a comment on my file and another one of the girls told me about it so I thought how unprofessional.. but I don't think that girl is even there anymore. Overall, the girls are really nice and helpful! Overall, it's a nice clean place and the girls are pretty nice and helpful & I get a good tan :) read more

I haven't been tanning since this business was called Sensational Tans (probably almost a year and a half) and decided I wanted to start tanning again. This was my go-to place. Love the beds, love the staff. Everyone was always super friendly. I was having the same experience until today. I went to start up another membership and was told I had a balance from way far back, before they became PBT. No one could explain to me what it was for but I was told she would take care of it. She then says she can't wipe it clean but she would take some off so it would be less. Ok, that's great. Then I'm told she will waive the $20 start up fee. Even better. We ran into some problems and it took a while to get everything in the system. She told me my total, put it on my card I gave her earlier and I went on my way to tan. Midway I starting thinking that I was charged too much. My membership was $34.95. Why had I paid $58? I asked her afterwards and she was on speakerphone taking a personal call. It seemed like I was bugging her with my questions. She kept stating she took off some of the balance owed. I said I understood but then why did I pay more than the membership? After going round a few times, she finally told me it was the $20 start up fee. I said "so you didn't waive it like you said?". She said she couldn't, it wouldn't let her but she took some off the total. No, she didn't though because I was charged $58. That's not taking ANYTHING off it. I understand businesses have to make money but the customer shouldn't be told one thing and then find out later the associate "couldn't" or didn't want to follow through with it. Especially with no apologies whatsoever. I'm just really disappointed with this place since they're obviously lying to their customers about what they're charging. I wanted to be a long time customer but most likely I'll end up canceling my membership after this one month and going elsewhere. read more

This was my first time using a spray booth and I have to say I am not impressed with the results. Parts of me were deep orange with others areas (Calves had little to no color and feet were deep orange) I called back and the girls were very personable and told me to come back in anytime. I went in the next day and "again" stepped in the booth. Basically I had the splotchy I had the first time except in a different shade. So now what I guess I'm just out $70 and what did I get for it the staff was very friendly I will give them four stars for that read more

Corporate 2, front desk 10! Although my issue was somewhat resolved I had one hour of my life wasted. My husband purchased a gift card for me. He was never informed on how it would work, ie I did not know how it worked. This should be a point of education for the entire staff and a hand out should be given with the gift card that includes all the benefits as well as the limitations. Valerie, whom was the angel working, who ever so politely handled this was fantastic. She was the ONLY reason I did not cancel my membership. read more

Love the people who work there they are really friendly. But tired of having t wait because palm beach changed so much at once and customers are upset asking questions. Your quick stop at the tanning place for 15 minutes becomes an hour mission. Also I got the monthly membership for red light beds, which they got rid of, they don't even have the audacity to advice their clients before continuing to charge them. read more

I want to start off by saying I don't usually write reviews. My wife has been going to this tanning Salon for I want to say a year. It was great at first but we have hit a couple bumps in the road so she wanted to downgrade. Every time she goes in to downgrade someone in there tells her to downgrade the 25th, but it's theres always a different issue no you already paid for next month or system is down. The customer service is great until they hear she wants to downgrade, now I'm paying for something that she is not able to use everyday and they wont let her downgrade. So she goes in today the 21 to downgrade before the 25th the system is down. So she can tan or downgrade. she asked if she should come back tomorrow or wait she got ignored and the representative started talking to a customer that just walked in. So she apologizes for her not being able to tan but not completely ignoring her. Lastly my wife wants to see what she says to this next custOmer, representatives proceeds to tell the customer that they can not tan as well but he never left. he proceeded to walk to the back. Im not one to leave a review but i have had enough with this repetitive cycle of bad experiences every time we go to downgrade. read more

I spoke with Michaela, she was energetic and so willing to help. Knowledgeable and professional. She explained they have new beds, showed me how each worked and I felt valued as a customer. I previously wrote a negative post regarding our initial interactions with Palm Beach Tan when they took over a tanning salon we frequented. Today I removed the post and wanted to share our communications with Palm Beach Tan and specifically the franchise owner since that interaction. I spoke directly with the franchise owner who was concerned and wanted to provide me with further education on the new laws about timing of tanning and that her customers are important to her and then worked out a solution with me. She further reached out again personally to me and provided me with updates to new hours and improvements being made to the salon which will be better for her customers. She didn't have to do ANY of the above but took the time to personally reach out 3 times to respond and make the situation right for us. She was more interested in educating me and keeping us as a customer for long term and that speaks volumes to me about who she is and what kind of positive experience she wants everyone to have at her business. Yes I have changed my opinion of Palm Beach Tan!! If you are considering tanning at a salon please give Palm Beach Tan (First n Nees) salons a try. She deserves a shot at earning your business. We will be customers for a long time moving forward. Thank you "Jessica" for your professionalism, kindness, and caring for your customers. Tom read more

I've been tanning for many years now in Fresno. twice since I've come to this place I wanted to post a concern . I've upgraded my package not gonna say why but today she asked me what bed I wanted . I said well let's try that one I have no idea what beds I can go into with my package . Not a word no response. The only thing she asked was last name what bed .. Really?? Ther have been 2 girls that have that wow factor I wish I knew there names .. but that is it .I still don't understand why I have to pay 69 a month just to get dark that's why I upgraded .. I have been trying to get a hold of owner/mgmt since the first day Covid 19 closed tanning booths back in March 2019 ( I had a month of tanning left but was worried about continous charges). So I went into the PBT & asked if I should just turn off my membership and they told me they were unsure. As I was being charged I didn't want to fall thru the cracks & have continously charges...so they put a hold on my membership and said manager would get back to me...I have called a half dozen times, was told about having somewhere around $70.00 in free tanning lotions, but they said I owed 15.00...that was last year...I called again asking about my issue a d the person was rude. I had been going to that tanning booth for 15 years with PBT and when it was sensational tanning. Poor management and very unprofessional. I was going to join again, but Mr Sassy at the front desk stopped me from even thinking about it. read more

Broke my leg in November 2020. Called the salon to cancel my recurring charge since I couldn't tan with a cast on and they said that I had to come in and cancel personally per the agreement I signed. I could not come in because I couldn't drive. They said I had already been charged for December because it was past the cancellation date. I asked for the manager to call me back and got no response. Finally was able to drive and went in at the end of December. Same thing happened, past the "cancellation date". I asked for the manager to contact me and no response. They did move my membership to a "freeze" or something like that and I was charged $8.95/month even though I wanted to cancel. I apparently signed that agreement on their keypad but was never given a copy. I thought I was cancelling completely. Was charged the $8.95 for Feb, Mar & Apr. Went in again and they said that the charges could not be reversed. I was not happy and told them to have manager call me again or I would be leaving a bad review on social media. I got a call immediately and explained what happened and that I had been leaving messages for the manager. She was unwilling to reverse any charges and said she might be able to cancel April charge but that was it. I obviously had not used their service, which they could verify, and they nearly make it impossible to cancel. Prior to Palm Beach, I did not have any problems with Sensational Tans which used to be in this location. Very poor customer service and they do not care about anything but collecting fees. If I could leave zero stars, I would. read more

After their acquisition of Endless Summer tanning I verified my recent purchased of 10 sessions with PALM BEACH TAN over the phone. I had bought 10 session packages since Endless Summer had opened. Covid closures and all I tried to use a few in October. Two inaffective, level 1 sessions (also referred to as Silver) and one "complimentary upgrade" to level 3 and I complain about effectiveness of their level 1. Endless Summer didn't have "levels". JENNIFER of PALM BEACH TAN tells me they actually did me a favor, that my sessions had expired in June but they graciously extended me to December. Between Covid closures and the greed of the new owners I use or lose 7 "level 1" sessions by the end of the year. They are moving to Endless Summer's old location soon, how nice. Thanks for the "education" JENNIFER! read more
