Love this little tea cafe near UCF. Very light and bright upon walking in. You will be greeted by a cheerful employee ready to help with any questions. If you look in the corner by the window there is a little claw machine (just a cute little touch). They do sell ice cream here as well in case you needed something sweet besides boba tea. I ordered the green milk tea with tiramisu puff foam and added caramel boba. The milk tea is not so sweet and the foam tastes exactly like tiramisu, but also adds the perfect amount of sweetness you need for this drink.
We stopped in at Tan-Cha for a drink to go with some friends on a Friday night around 6:30pm. It wasn't too busy, we were able to order right way and were given our drinks quickly! My husband and I got a Matcha Slush with cheese foam and caramel boba. It was delicious!! The price was similar to most boba shops in the area, around $7.50 I think for a slush with two add ins, pretty reasonable! It's only got enough seating to sit comfortably with one friend, so I wouldn't bring a big party to hang out here, but it'd be perfect for catching up with a friend!
This place is good! There are not many traditional drinks you'd find at most boba places. There are a lot of teas! I ordered the Lemon Yakult which was very refreshing! I do highly recommend it! The service was great! They made our drinks quickly and were friendly. The ambiance is nice with a good amount of seating but it's rather bright inside with its all white interior.
Food: I had a seasonal tea it was really good and refreshing. We also had the strawberry yug something lol it was good they use fresh strawberries. Service was really good fast and nice. Ambiance was a small cozy shop basically to pick up and go.
Want a Tan-Cha, dont cha want a want a Tan-cha! My first Tan-Cha experience was in Atlanta so I was intrigued to check out this location in Orlando. Overall, the drinks were pretty standard to what I order at Tan-Cha in Atlanta. My go-to drink is the High Mountain Green Tea with Cheese Foam - I don't like Cheese Foam whatsoever but for some reason it pairs PERFECTLY with the High Mountain Green Tea. My sister ordered the strawberry green tea which tasted fine to me but the separation of strawberry to green tea looked a little odd to me. Be sure to stir it thoroughly. A solid boba option when you're in the area - but probably not one I would go out of the way for.
I love Tan-Cha! It's not easy to find ube ice cream anywhere and I can get my ube fix here every single day. I'm also a sucker for Thai tea and I tried the Brûlée Thai Milk Tea and this was phenomenal! Service is great- staff was friendly and quick. They have plenty of seating inside. I have my eyes set on the matcha with cheese foam which I'll definitely try at my next visit.

It's thick enough to enjoy without disappearing immediately in the drink like other shops. Also, they currently have a small selection of ice cream from the local Greenery Creamery ice cream shop. The flavors include one vegan flavor too. This is nice because before, I would need to go downtown to get my ice cream fix.
I'm not a sweet drink kind of person but Tan Cha got me hooked. I had the cocoa tiramisu float on my first visit and I kept craving for it days after. On my second visit at first I thought my friend's Hami milkshake was better than my Mango Creamio but as I took more sips the smile on my face kept growing & I kept saying how good it was. Finally a mango treat that tasted like the mango I like, comparable to the Filipino mango ice cream taste that no place has duplicated so far. I'm looking forward to trying their other drinks and this is the only sweet drink place that I get excited about. It's a good thing It's quite a drive from me otherwise I wont be able to resist. Service was quick and on last Monday's visit the girl behind the counter knew the menu well. (That's rare these days) Minimal decor, clean small shop more for grabbing your drink and go.
Cute boba shop tucked away in small shopping plaza on 50, pretty clean, bright, cafe style seating, fast service every time, Apple Pay & other tap options with square, electronic menu overhead along with hand held menus. My drink came with a super cute little shovel spoon that I adore the place was empty around opening (11am) which makes this a peaceful morning spot to check out.

My favorite boba place!! Brown sugar milk tea and brulee thai are the best drinks ever! Boba is always good too, never too chewy or too hard! Service is cool and the ambiance is great! I'd study there. read more
I was in the area and in need of a boba tea. So I came here and tried it out. It located in a busy plaza. The store is clean and tidy. I ordered iced matcha with red beans! It came fairly quickly . There was a large order before mine. Cashier is friendly and approachable. There is nice sitting area and decorations! Will come again and try something else! read more

I enjoy a good boba tea spot. Tan -Cha has an assortment of options from fruit teas to milk teas. My main go to is the Oreo with cheese foam and Oreo pieces. I decided to just go with the cocoa milk tea and the server was nice and made it half sweet. It was so good . It gave me a cold hot chocolate vibe. Just the right amount of cocoa without being overtly sweet. It's also priced reasonably. I think I paid around $5.50 for my drink . It sounds like a nice spot to hang with friends read more

Came in to order Boba, but the Hami Milkshake looks great. Ended up with a milkshake. It was not too sweet, but heavy. Service was fast, friendly and helpful when undecided. Place is clean and prices- moderate. read more
Tan-Cha had a great selection of drinks. The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions. The place was clean and I wish it was closer because I would definitely frequent Tan-Cha. I had a green tea with tiramisu foam and boba. It was so good. I really enjoyed the open/ closing feature on the cup so you could enjoy the foam. We also ordered a matcha( stronger flavor than the green tea) and brown sugar milk tea. They have their own specialty milk blend but offer almond milk as an alternative. Looking forward to visiting again when I'm on this side of town and trying their specialty drinks. Seasonal drinks and ice cream from Greenery Creamery are offered as well. read more

There's never a time when I am not craving boba, but Tan-Cha might be a place that I will not be craving. The only reason I am saying that is because one of the drinks we got was good, but the other drink we got was bad We got the brulee thai tea and the brown sugar latte with boba. The brulee thai tea was good. The flavor of the thai tea was there and the brulee that was on the side of the cup was also good. The two might not necessarily go together, but I still liked it anyway. The brown sugar latte was a different story though. It had such a weird taste and smell to it. It almost reminded me eggs starting to smell like sulfur. I don't think the drink tasted bad, but I couldn't tell because the smell of it was so odd. I am a bit conflicted on whether or not I would recommend this place because of the two different drinks I had. If I am ever nearby, I might give it a try again. read more

This is the best milk tea/boba shop in Orlando. High quality ingredients and perfectly cooked boba. DON'T SLEEP ON IT!! If you enjoy tea get something like Oolong or Uji green milk tea with a foam (highly recommend tiramisu foam). If you're not into tea, get something fruity like the strawberry creamio. The inside is super clean with plenty of seating! read more
One of my cohort on graduate school recommended this place because she loves the boba here. However, the point of coming here was to get ube ice cream. Coming from San Diego where there is 30 boba shop within a mile radius from each other to comets for your attention. This place was a gem to find. The Shop is minimal and clean in a mall that didn't seem too busy and there are plenty of parking available. Interior space is clean and spacious. several tables to sit, decor is minimal and friendly staff. The staff seemed to be more on the quiet side which is my preference, as long as they are professional and helpful. Since this was my first time, they have a good selection of Boba milk teas with cheese foam and a variety of toppings and yes, ice cream. This was the first to see ice cream on the menu. You are able to sample the ice cream flavors which is a plus. I was so glad they had ube. The ube was delicious and authentic. Scoop was generous and I could eat two scoops and it was not too sweet. The value of the size and price was reasonable. I plan to return to get more ube and try their other menu items. Glad we found a boba place nearby. read more

Update - While nothing much has changed since my last review I do now have a new favorite drink. That being the Brulee Thai Milk Tea with Boba. In addition to this being my new favorite drink, the customer service and ambiance was even better from when I last went AND my drink was made in less than 5 minutes. My new favorite boba ! It's super close to my house and Ucf which is a plus, and the menu is unique which lots of new drinks to try. We got a matcha drink and tea with tiramisu foam. Both are yummy and the tiramisu is perfectly cheesy and sweet hmmmm I definitely recommend The boba is perfect texture as well. Only a few places in Orlando have consistently perfect boba in my opinion The price is also great at around $5ish for a each drink Def recommend for a quick drink that's a good price read more
Consistently one of the best options in the area. Eating the tiramisu cream with their mini shovel never gets old. Also, love that their caramel boba is the perfect consistency and sweetness. I typically get the roasted oolong tea to balance it out. read more

Great Milk Tea! Growing up in the Bay Area, this is one of my favorite milk tea places, and was surprised that Orlando had one. I ordered the Red Jade Milk Tea and my boyfriend got the Royal Ceylon Milk Tea, both with the Tiramisu Foam. I have tried the Ceylon Milk Tea before and it is a bit sweet for me. It has a nutty flavor as was described on the menu; it leans more towards an almond nutty flavor. Never tried the Red Jade and I have to say it was the best black tea-based milk tea I ever had at a milk tea place before. I tend to like more of a stronger tea flavor, but I would say this black tea was not strong at all. It was not bitter and tasted very good with the milk and the foam. Highly recommend someone who wanted a tea-based milk tea to order the Red Jade. read more

I personally did not like the strawberry green tea I felt like I really couldn't taste the strawberry in it. Same goes for the brown sugar tea. The boba though was really nice and soft and fresh. The service was great the staff were all really nice and respectful. Also the inside of the store is really cute I liked the vibes there. read more
We got the brown sugar milk tea and the brulee Thai milk tea. When I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, I was warned that it was going to be sweet, however when I got it, it was a whole different story. It basically tasted like tea with a ton of sugar. I couldn't taste the milk whatsoever even after mixing it up. Although aesthetically pleasing, it did not taste how brown sugar milk tea is supposed to taste. The tapioca itself was chewy and sweet. The brulee Thai milk tea, however was quite good and is the reason I'm not going lower than 3 stars. I'd recommend just not getting the brown sugar milk tea here. read more

My son convinced me to try Tan-Cha, so we did. I noticed that they use fresh fruits and other ingridients, which I think none other places on the east side of town offer. My son got the pure tea with frothy matcha foam, and ordered for his mom the super fruit tea, and I got the mango creamio, light on the sweetness. I am glad that they can adjust the sugar level of my drink. I love this place already. We walked out with a little tracker with 3 punches. When it gets to 10, we get a free drink, my son whispered me. read more

If that tiramisu foam was featured at Disney, Dole Whip would face a SERIOUS contender. I love reading about new boba shops and today I visited Tan-Cha on Colonial. This chic cafe is quick to serve the real bubble tea goods. You will live their No. 1 Royal Ceylon tea with the tiramisu foam. OMG! Bring a spoon! Very nice servers and delicious drinks - sometimes all you need are the basics. But at Tan-Cha, the basics are SO good, you'll be sure to visit - often. read more
Love this place! I've been 3 times already since they opened a few weeks ago because of how good it is . If you've never tried their drinks, I would recommend trying one with tiramisu foam, royal ceylon is pretty good. The tiramisu foam is pretty sweet so if you don't like it too sweet, I'd recommend getting less sweet because the foam balances it out. The inside is super aesthetic and clean. Staff all wears masks and are very friendly! You get a cute little shovel with any foam drink too! I'm so happy there's a better boba place on this side of town read more

The drinks I got with my family were great. It was our first time there. We loved the modern and clean inside decor and look. Everything tasted as it should but ask for less sweetness as they're pretty sweet (which my kids loved). The guys inside were nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back and try more things out. read more
Really really really good boba tea!!! Probably the best I've tried in East Orlando! My friend and I got the roasted oolong boba tea with tiramisu cheese foam and the matcha boba tea with cheese foam. And wow, both were amazing!! Boba tea itself was flavorful and creamy, and bobas were soft and chewy. But the best part is the cheese foam! First, this place is not shy about dumping cheese foam in your tea, you get a very thick layer of it, which is absolutely delightful! Secondly, they are literally connoisseurs at making cheese foam. It's thick, but also light enough to glide through your tongue to melt in your mouth. If I have to describe it with one word, it's probably "velvety"! Also, it's lightly savory to balance out the richness from the heavy cream and cream cheese, so it's not overwhelming even with the amount of it. Overall, very super lovely place!!
