I have had multiple cat scans without one incident. She was not able to draw blood even though the needle was in my vein. Which made me question if she was injecting something in me or not? She actually mentioned to me that she normally doesn't watch it, but I did watch it, I started to get dizzy, and I told the nurse this. She told me to lie back on the chair, and close my eyes I did this and and focused on my breath. I fainted i woke up to 2 woman standing by me, the nurse said, my face went pale, white, and I was out of it And then she was finally able to get the blood. I had to move mountains to make it work. I was told to show up 15 mins in advance for my 8am appt so when I showed up the doors were locked. The kind lady who works the desk told me they open their doors at 8am and then we joked about the communication break down from one hand to the other. Then the X-ray equipment did not work. What was worse is they knew days prior but did not call me to reschedule. I would not be so upset if I did not have to juggle the calendar of others including my 90 year old mother with Alzheimers. I left and called another radiology organization to schedule my mammogram. Its too high risk to go here when they have old equipment that does not work. The staff was very kind and apologetic.
