During a stressful medical experience, these professionals with positive and caring attitudes can make a world of difference to patients. I tried saying operator, I tried saying agent, I tried saying Help! As a last resort I even said that I wanted to pay a bill and that didn't work either. My PCD wanted some X-rays. He gave me Saint Pete MRI as one of the options. The AI told me X-rays were walk-in only, but I wanted to know if they accepted my insurance and could not get an answer from the AI and live people don't answer their phone. A month goes by and my wing man Gary needed an MRI. His doctor faxed an order, and Saint Pete MRI called Gary with an appointment. Apparently, this is the only way to get service. When I dropped him off I went inside and asked if they accepted my insurance for future reference. The answer: NO. Just as well that they don't accept my insurance, because I would not like to give them my business.

I went outside, called the number and made an appt for 10 minutes later! Ridiculous. Then while waiting the woman was telling everyone a different story. Some she told they needed an appt. Some she told the wait would be 45 minutes. The Xray Tech (April) was excellent. She was professional and polite. This was around 2:15PM on March 16, 2026.

Rosemary checked me in, and my paperwork was quickly completed. No problem arriving later rather than earlier. Josh came out to the waiting room to get me at 2:25. He apologized for keeping me waiting, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed sipping on one of the complimentary water bottles while watching the flat screen tv on the wall. He took me into a room to store my things in a locker, and change into cotton pants and top. When I entered the room for my MRIs, Josh provided me with a warm blanket as I lay on the table. He also gave me earplugs to minimize the clunking sounds of the MRI. During the procedure he continued to be attentive, caring, and informative. At 3:15 we were done. I changed back into my street clothes, and walked to the parking garage - a short walk away - to drive home.

I show up and i am on table for Ct Scan with contract. I am not allergic. I had my primary care doctor. Call them and they still didn't fucking do it.. i called Jason mcdonald he was out for week. Christina at check .Lied some many times she couldn't remember.And sent me in wild goose chase. Do not go there so unprofessional and liar's.

I was right my sodium levels were way off and they didn't catch it. I've also been prescribed medication doses incorrectly here but before these experiences I used to really like it here. Just fyi if you feel like you're going to faint they will tell you it's all in your head and not catch that your sodium is way off and also have bad bedside manners. Do better and listen to your patients when they tell you something is wrong.
