Hired this company to dig the footer and lay block for our house foundation. Was happy at first but…read morequickly turned sour. The footer for the basement was off, should have been 3 feet deeper, resulting in additional materials and labor on ALL of the house to get the ceiling clearance needed in the basement. The bulk head next to the basement that adjoined the garage was off by 8 inches resulting in additional labor and materials. The footer at the front porch, it was off by 6 inches resulting in a loss of living space. The pier footers in the center of the home didn't line up and resulted in having to have the new person hired to hand dig and pour more concrete for the piers. Have Edward the opportunity to correct the mistakes and he didn't show up. Gave him another opportunity to fix the mistakes and a heads up of reviews I was leaving if he didn't fix the issues- his response was to call me when he wasn't busy-which never happened. The block person he had on the job was continually pulled off our job to do other small jobs that resulted in it taking forever to get the block in the basement laid (this was when it was realized that the basement footer was incorrect.) Requested a copy of his license, insurance and EIN, wouldn't give it. Called the city as well as the county/state...he is not licensed and has not been licensed since 2018. I'm guessing since he failed to hold a business license he doesn't have insurance either. He was paid in full to do a job and failed to do it properly or fix his screw ups. Not happy at all and wouldn't recommend this company to do any footer or block work.

We had recently already received one quote from a guy who was very unprofessional. I didn't give up! I found 4G landscapes on yelp and immediately called! I set up an appointment for Clint to come out and give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional, and had an outgoing personality. We received a very reasonable estimate for thuja trees 8 to 10 ft tall and some concrete work that needed to be done near the front entrance area. Previous concrete work done by others left the concrete cracking. We had one hiccup during the experience. On the day the concrete was poured, Clint accidently forgot to block off the area before he left. Honest mistake. Some areas were still a little wet so when the delivery man left me my package he also left his lovely footprints in our concrete. We sent a picture to Clint immediately and he immediately got back to us saying he would fix it, not to worry. His response time is awesome. The next day when we got home, I was amazed, truly amazed. I almost cried, I loved it so much. The stamp pattern was beautiful, no footprints, and the aging/distressing finishing touches were amazing! No more cracks and he created a nice slope (initial goal with previous concrete people) so the water wouldn't pool in the middle creating mold. This was tested a few days later when it was raining pretty hard. My husband and I enjoyed watching the water roll down/off. It was a success! The trees look awesome and he anchored them which really came in handy will all the recent storms. Overall, great experience! Will call again when we need more work done! For nearly $6,000, I expected professional workmanship, but what I got looks rushed and careless. The linework is sloppy, and every time I look at it, I'm reminded that I made the wrong choice. On top of that, they left piles of rubble in my yard after the job. When I asked them to come back and clean it up (which should have been done in the first place), they acted like it was a burden. That alone shows a lack of pride and responsibility in their work. I regret not going with another company. If you're considering Jamie's Concrete, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

He NEVER asked me for more money than what he originally quoted, despite this problem being out of his control. It's hard to meet honest, hardworking people these days, but this one right here, is the real deal. Thank you Jamie for caring about what kind of work you're putting out. Thank you for sacrificing an entire night away from your kids and wife to ensure my concrete pad was to yours and my satisfaction. I will without a doubt use you in the future and continue recommending you to anyone needing work.

The color is not close to what is was supposed to be because the amount "antique powder" was doubled and then left on it over night in the rain. Basically dyed the entire slab one color. Then once everything was done/dried to where it could be inspected, I was shocked. It has places where the stamps were so uneven that one may be a half inch higher or lower than the one next to it. The joints are not clean and many have chunks missing. After admitting there were issues, they have refused to try and fix it unless I pay for more concrete, rent the stamps, and purchase all the material needed for a second time. I did actually agreed to pay for more concrete and handle the new forms just to get the job done, but they wouldn't or couldn't take care of the stamps and dye. I could not believe he expected me to pay for the all material a second time to fix his mess.
