They also have a lot of small sample packets around. The store is organized in an easy-to- understand way so you quickly find what you want and the staff can take you right to it. Be careful if you browse, you are likely to buy more spices than you planned.

I had a slight issue with how the filet was cut. It wasn't the prettiest and shape was odd rather than a continuous circle. When I got home, I also noticed that it was not a nice red color but had oxidized somewhat and smelled a little vinegary or sour. Decent marbling, but I would've liked a little more for a filet. The ribeye was nicely cut, trimmed of excess gristle, and had no issues with it. Glad we tried something new to us, this place has been around for a while, but not sure it'll warrant another trip from Omaha.

Since he left, there are some new faces, and a couple of them have been helpful. Unfortunately, the employee I encounter most often doesn't seem very engaged. When I ask for assistance, she typically points me to the aisle and leaves me to sort through the many options on my own. On my most recent visit, she was sitting at the counter on her phone as I walked into the store, found the products I needed in two different aisles, and returned to the register. She didn't notice I was there until I set my items on the counter, at which point she turned around to help me. I'll continue shopping here because I like the store and its products, but I'll also be looking at other retailers where I can receive more product guidance and customer service.
