I took one of my foodie friends along, and we both loved it. The market had a fun vibe, and the food and drinks were fantastic. We tried the Mangonada - a sweet, tangy drink that's a must-try! My friend even bought a Mangonada mix to make it at home. The tamales were delicious, with both savory and sweet options, so there's something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. The classic birria was so flavorful, and the loaded nachos were super tasty with big portions. The service was great, and it made the whole experience even better. I'm already looking forward to going back!

I've never had tamales before so I was excited to check out this place! The staff was very nice and explained to me what the different menu items were. My friend and I shared a couple of dishes and it was very filling. The chicken tamale came with mole sauce which I thought tasted like chocolate so it was a bit strange for me. However, I found out that mole IS made with chocolate. I think that the chilaquiles were really good and had a nice spicy taste to it. The shop had traditional decor and also had a section that sold hispanic food items which was really cool!

They have 4 vegan tamales ($7.80), which is great given that many Mexican places don't have vegan options. They also do brunch with many veganizable options, which I'll have to return for. I ordered one each to go of the tofu mole, mashed potato with jalapeño, and black bean. The order was ready in 10-15 minutes. All 3 were good, with the clear highlight being the tofu mole. They give you 3 condiments on the side -- pickled onions, mild salsa, and a mole sauce. The additional mole sauce was delicious and amped up the already very tasty tofu mole tamale. Super friendly staff and a very nice storefront. Reasonably priced. Good central spot.

Tamaly is a New Mexican restaurant serving a variety of delicious dishes and drinks. The staff is super friendly and they have live music (Mariachi) on weekends - check out their instagram page for the latest live music hours and dates. We tried: Tamal pork torta $15.50 Tamal chicken bowl $14.50 Mole with chicken tamale $7.80 Pork with salsa verde tamale $7.80 Chocolate tamale $7.80 Sweet pineapple tamale $7.80 Concha Horchata $5.00 Mangonada Milk shake Mexican coffee (Cafe De Olla) $4.75 Everything was delicious but the star was the mangonada! Just had a beef bento box. Underwhelming. Mostly beans and rice. Not worth $20 at all.

Food is great and affordable!…read more We came here last week and they had free love music that night. We ordered from their special which is $14.99 all day. It's very rare to find a place that has the same price for lunch and dinner. The food is good as well. The rice was very fluffy and the kabab meat is well seasoned. It's great that they can change your meal to keto and gluten free. I highly recommend this place! The staff are very nice but the place is a bit small so remember to go early when they have live music again.

Intriguing name brought me in, the amazing food made me stay…read more So, I was looking for a keto-friendly meal when I happened by Caveman Cafe while they were having their soft-opening. For lunch, we ordered a filet mignon platter, bowl of chili and a Lax sandwich (smoked salmon). The beef was so soft and juicy as it was grilled to order. The bed of salad was crisp and fresh. Food started coming out in under 5-minutes, which was amazing since they were training staff and still figuring things out. The food was so good that the next evening, we came back a second time to pick up lasagna, a chicken platter and a chicken burrito. The owner noticed that the burrito was too small, so he instructed the worker to make a larger one. But, he let us keep the first one as well for free. The lasagna was super cheesy, and the chicken was grilled perfectly.....slightly charred but juicy in the middle. Even though this restaurant has keto-friendly options, they can make meals for carb-lovers and meat-lovers alike. I will definitely go back to try the desserts next time.

Hot chocolate itself had a strong jasmin tea flavor, I really loved it. Very delicious hot chocolate! And highlight was blooming marshmallow flower. I found this item in instagram and looked very beautiful. Very creative and unique item and taste was also great. One of the best item in 2026!

My favourites are the pistachio and the Biscoff cookie flavours. My husband loves the malted salted cookie dough one. You really can't go wrong! They also have great ice cream bars too and chocolate bars to take home or as gifts. So much variety in flavour to choose from too! They also do chocolate covered honeycomb which I die for! The staff is also really lovely and always lets you try flavours. Hot tip too I love that as an adult I can order a kids sized cone! Their waffle cones are so delicious and fresh! And a perfect compliment for the ice cream. Melt is a staple spot for us in our neighborhood and we love it!!

All of their pastries I have tried have been great - buttery, flaky, and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. This time around we decided to try the plain crepe with powdered sugar and it was good but nothing amazing so I'd recommend getting a more loaded crepe or sticking to the pastries! The cafe has limited seating inside and some seating outside so I'd recommend coming early if you want to get a seat!

Just like in the movies, this coffee shop is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. They have a long menu of delicious, sounding crêpes, as well as pastries, and some unique drinks, including multiple types of London Fog, of which we enjoyed the rose fog. I also had a lavender Matcha, which was super tasty with beautiful latte art on top. The tomato confit and cheese crêpe was delicious as was my pain au chocolat which is my benchmark for how good the pastries are everywhere I go! Really flaky, buttery, but not dripping in butter, with melted chocolate because they keep them in the warmer. There's some seating outside as well as limited seating inside, but early in the morning this is a peaceful place to come. I wish we lived close by so that we could come here every weekend!
