She gave me zero layers, when I reminded her I wanted layers she said she'd text me and let me come back another time for free to add them in but she never texted me. I'm not dropping her name because she's young and starting her career, but I am absolutely devastated by this. Tai has been the owner for the past several years. All of the nail technicians are excellent, including Tai, Tina, Nikki, Ann, Lin, Ryan, and Vy. The quality of the manicures and pedicures is high. I go once a month to have a deluxe manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Tina is my nail technician. I pay more for gel, because it lasts all month long. What really impressed me most was their safety protocols during COVID. Even before then, and now, it is a clean place with sterilized nail tools. There is no nail salon odor, as is typical in other salons. For the past 15+ years, I've had no issues with my nails. In fact, I get compliments frequently. I choose a pink-nude color for my nails, because it looks more natural and professional. I keep my nails short, because I use the computer a lot with my job. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter, so I don't want to accidentally scratch her with longer nails. I use a darker taupe color for my toe nails. Matches everything.
