The quote was wrong and they nearly doubled the price. I had them cancel my reservation, which they seemed surprised that I would do so. They offered an apology and a 10% discount but I still cancelled. Most businesses would honor their written quote, as it was their mistake. Not a company I will do business with in the future.

Hubby's choice to stop & board the pedicab was definitely a welcome surprise for my aching legs after walking around and seeing the sights, map in hand, for hours. We had such a great initial experience with this pedicab, that we bypassed on the Uber we took to dinner in the evening to hail them again. Our request for the previous driver was honored, and he was there before we finished dinner. So personable and informative. He was even willing to help us get the perfect anniversary picture. Approximately 1500 hours (3:00 pm), the driver approached bus stop at Rivers Ave/Remount NB where my husband and I were awaiting pickup according to the transit app. The driver's behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory and caused discomfort to my husband and I. My husband is a Retired VA 100 percent disabled U.S. Veteran. "On 20 March at approximately 1500 hours the driver responded rudely and dismissively: "I am not picking up passengers, only dropping off". I approached the entrance with full busfare in hand. I understood her refusing to allow my husband and I on the transit. Respectfully I greeted the driver and entered our fare into the register. She then sarcastically asks my husband to disassemble our small carryon wagon holding a bag of dogfood for our service dogs at home. As we unloaded before entering fully onto the bus the driver raised her voice at me demanding " help him I'm in a hurry, you should have already taken that out". Several passengers sitting near the back began yelling slanders at my husband and I. The driver took No action to maintain control of her passengers conduct. We, my husband and I took our seat at the front right and continued the route in a composed and respectful manner to reach our destination. We feel the said driver's conduct was rude and unprofessional and even Unconstitutional. We are asking for a formal investigation into the driver's conduct; additional driver training on safety and customer service and an apology or compensation for those effected.

It was about $45 per person which might sound a little steep but they take you to 16 stops all over the city and you can get on and off as many times as you like (just show your ticket!) They run about every 15-20 minutes and if you stay on for the entire ride, it's about a 90 min tour. Joey was our first guide and he was so awesome that we decided to stay on 2/3 of the way through (we only got off for a "pit stop".) He was hilarious and had dad jokes for days. We really enjoyed him. They also gave us some good info...if you're interested in the squares, sit on the left, churches on the right. Every seat near the window was excellent for taking photos. I'm glad I brought an external battery, I was taking so many pictures! There is no AC but they did give us fans! And there are a lot of good coupons included in their handouts. AND a really good map of Savannah. A lot of good info. I highly recommend!

Than Goodness the town capitulated and General Sherman spared it from being burnt. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and comfortably paced. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi available, which meant I couldn't access any of my online info. I was limited only to what was already downloaded on my hard drive. Limited Space: The seating is very tight. There isn't enough room to comfortably use a laptop in a standard position. I was only able to get work done because I was lucky enough to have an empty row, allowing me to sit sideways. Part two: Summary: If you just need a clean, on-time ride from A to B, this is a great option. However, if you are choosing the bus specifically to get work or studying done, be aware of the lack of connectivity and cramped space. In the future, I'll likely opt for the train to ensure I have the amenities needed for a productive trip.

When we walked up to the stop near City Hall on Bryan St & Bull St, a few others were waiting but I couldn't find a schedule posted. However we only waited about 5 minutes before the bus arrived! Once on the bus, we enjoyed resting in the A/C, and viewing more historic buildings we hadn't yet seen as we traveled. Note, this isn't a narrated tour, but rather free & easy transpo around the historic district. As it turned out, Drayton St was closed due to the Jazz Festival in Forsyth Park, so we had to exit the bus a few blocks early. Which worked out well for us as we were a bit closer to our vaca rental. I appreciate the city's investment in this free transportation for tourists & residents. Seating seemed to be sufficient, as I saw no one needed to stand. The Dot bus was a great option to get around in Savannah!
