Use to go to this place when it was at Martin's point and loved the chicken salad and ice coffee with coffee cubes. New location is really cute, nice places to sit and cute decor. Sad that they are only open during week days. The breakfast sandwiches were really good. bagels were good and fresh. We liked it so much we tried to go back on New Years day but it was closed. I am looking forward to going back to try the lunch menu out it looked really good.

I am a huge fan of this place. For many reasons. It is very close to where I work. I get a discount because of where I work. The girls working here are the NICEST in town. And the food is super yummy and decently priced! What more is there to need? This small, quaint little shop pumps out some amazing breakfast sandwiches (with some of the crispiest bacon anywhere), some delicious soups at lunch time (sweet potato, black bean and quinoa chili... yummmm) and amazingly creative sandwiches (try the pilgrim). And that is not even mentioning their delicious bakery creations. Whoopie pies, lemon squares, 7-layer bars, brownies, cookies and more, they have everything the sweetest tooth could ever want. Location is a bit hard, unless you work at either Drummond Woodsum or Intermed (which luckily I do), but it is definitely worth snagging a spot at Trader Joes, or behind Miss Portland and taking the very short jaunt over. I have never had a single bad thing from here (I've had some that I don't like as much, but we all have preferences). Trust me, get in here, and try breakfast. Then... come back for lunch. Sadly they aren't open for dinner, but hey I like my down time too. So get here before 3 p.m. and let them surround you with delicious, amazing, super yummy food. You won't regret finding your way to one of Portland's hidden gems.

Just a garden salad but so delicious and fresh

Alright... let's get real. The price point is a hard pill to swallow, but you'll have no time…read moretaking care of the delicious sandwiches from Ramona's. They delivered, at every stop!! The bread used is delightfully soft and crunchy in all the right ways. The meat is flavorful and high quality and the ingenious construction of the sandwiches are bar-none. It's a small shop, so plan on taking your sandwich to go and eat at a nice spot in the east end neighborhood.

Urg. I was excited to try this place but the egg sandwich I got (the Ramona with broccoli rabe,…read morebacon, American cheese) fell short. The roll was ever so slightly stale and the broccoli rabe had chili in it (so even though I asked for chili on the side it's still in the vegetable part). I also have a total pet peeve about American cheese. In this instance, it just made the sandwich have a gluey internal texture. I often find it is gourmet places trying to be trendy that use American cheese as though they are able to rebrand it. Sharp American or not, the cheese would have been way better in my opinion had it been cheddar or Swiss or really anything. To be fair, the bacon was well-cooked and the eggs were nicely scrambled. Although the sandwich idea is original (broccoli rabe on a breakfast sandwich), I found the flavors just didn't come together. For what it's worth, service was friendly and efficient. Moreover, like a few other places on the East End, I find this place is just sort of too curated, overly self-conscious, and trying too hard to be trendy. I would take a straightforward breakfast sandwich over one that comes with a side of merch and a Brooklyn-hipster-like environment any day.

All 3 sandwiches were large and full of meat. We got it to go and by the time we got home, the sandwiches were a little soggy from the juices. Still was good though. The Philly cheesesteak was very good. A large was big enough to split between my teenage son and I. The roast beef was good, but I got a blast of horseradish up the nose after what I thought was a clump of Cole slaw, and I was done. My husband enjoyed his Reuben. Wish I could have tried just my order of Cole slaw. Maybe next time... I wished I had ordered the fries after seeing how thin and crispy they were. Waitstaff was busy, but sweet and helpful. Everything seems to be homemade there. Will definitely try again.

We got a seat right away and everything came out very quick. We got cheeseburgers and fries and I also got a moxie float. The moxie float was great and it's the only place you can get it. The cheeseburger was very good with lots of flavor. The only thing was that the bottom bun got a little bit soggy. That was partially my fault for ordering two patties. I would definitely recommend trying this spot out if you're into floats and some of the best burgers you can get around. From the vibe to the prices you will be satisfied.

Sitting at the bar I just watched the guy pull the ice cream machine and put it in a cup. My internal scream "what just happened?" Next I ordered a AC Burger and my kid ordered the chicken nuggets. The food looked great but just very under seasoned. Nothing was seasoned properly. The fries bland, the burger, bland. The sauce on the burger, bland. My kids nuggets, bland. I wish I could give a second trip there but when the bill hit mid 40's for an adult and kids meal it it harder to justify. Glad to have finally tried the place just doubt I'll go back.
