I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!

The salt room itself is beautifully calming--between the soft stars on the ceiling and the soothing music, it was the perfect place to just unwind. The session lasts 50 minutes, and we loved that we could just put our phones away & it turned into a space where we could just sit, breathe, and reset. We both came in feeling a bit stuffy and curious to see if the salt would help, and we truly noticed a difference afterward! Overall, it was a peaceful, rejuvenating experience, and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax and recharge!

You also get full access to the whirlpool and steam room and it's a great way to get some relaxation.

Weekends are more expensive. Pool: we were told that we have access to the amenities until 8pm. Since our massages were at 6pm and 7pm, we showed up around 4:30pm. But the pool service ends at 5pm so after that we couldn't order any food or drink. There was a towel in the pool and a lot of trash underneath the pool chairs (which you can see if you're in the pool or looking underneath the chairs). So they could do a better job of cleaning up after guests have left the pool area. Massage: great! Just know that a Swedish massage is light to medium pressure. If you need medium or above, book a deep tissue massage. The massage table has warming capabilities and you can choose from oil or shea butter for the massage. Spa: outdated. The spa has 2 showers (1 with an infrared light that did not work), 1 steam room (not really hot), 1 relaxation room (3 reclining chairs), 1 whirlpool, 1 waiting & relaxation room with tea & snacks, and 1 small locker room (which gets cramped). Seems that they overbook - so it's not the most relaxing experience with so many people. Property: The hotel itself is outdated and more casual - the lobby furniture and design in particular. Having been to a few Four Seasons Hotels, it doesn't seem like a Four Seasons. If you're at the spa and want to go to the pool, you have to leave the spa area, go through the reception area, pass the gym and enter the pool area. There's a door between the pool and spa, but it's locked. Unlocking it for customer convenience / experience would be great. Comfort: if you are a person of color this may be an uncomfortable experience. NOT because of the staff (they are amazing), but because of the clientele. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. IYKYK.

You won't get a hot tub and steam room and just the general not genuine feel of a spa here. Their focus is your relaxation. I slept so much haha massage was phenomenal then I got a full body steam in their tent steam (so you still get a steam!). Then I got a body salt scrub which has left me super soft. I got a facial which was gentle and very relaxing. Don't come here if you're looking for lots of extractions and abrasive products. Their products are gentle and leave you feeling relaxed and soft. Their focus is wellness. I ended with a foot facial with is basically the same thing as a regular facial but on your foot. Also their building used to be a brothel so it has some history to it! It looked that way so I asked about the history of the building and she confirmed it! My only complaint is that I didn't get a confirmation and I found out that's cause the email address was written down incorrectly. I tried calling but no one answered all morning so I just guessed!
