After only about three weeks of use, the sides of the shoes began to wear down significantly. Given my long history with the store, I brought them back expecting at least a conversation about the issue and perhaps some assistance. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and abrupt, and the interaction made me feel as though I was trying to pull a fast one being dishonest about the issue. After more than a decade of loyal business that was incredibly insulting. Rather than taking the time to understand the problem they insisted it was my issue and possibly the use of gym equipment! The solution they offered was simply another pair of shoes priced lower than the ones I had purchased, and the overall tone felt like they just wanted to move me out the door as quickly as possible.
