And to make matters worse, after being interested in purchasing a rug, and going outside to take a look at the swatch in daylight, when I came back inside, the salesperson was re-ticketing it to twice the price,!! She said it was ticketed incorrectly! I said "you can't change the price on something I am about to buy!" This was the worst, most unpleasant experience!

Many of the items in the bedding department are still quite expensive. I saw quilts and blankets in the $200-400 range. There are some bargains among the rugs, but they don't deliver from the outlet. A lot of the bedding is in colors that most people aren't looking for in their bedrooms. That being said, I did find some nice pillow shams at a greatly reduced price, but it required some time and searching. It's also somewhat out of they way if you're visiting Lenox or Stockbridge.

My favorite stores in this center are Van Huesen and the Bass Shoe Outlet. Every time I stop here I leave with bags of merchandise. The building itself is unique with its rustic barn ambiance, and overall the place is kept extremely clean. The bathrooms are industrial but clean, and there is ample parking around the stores. The Outlet Center is also conveniently located off Exit 1, but sometimes getting back on the highway can be a pain if it is during rush hour traffic. Overall this is a great Outlet Center with great stores and deals. It would be nice to see the center continue to have these great stores and possibly expand to other brands in the future.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. These outlets are cute--they're assorted in a quaint small town way, not typical outlets where…read morethere are rows and rows of stores--these are spread out across 2 city blocks, where you have to cross the street to get from one set of stores to the other. They are in the cute town of Manchester, which has a variety of other restaurants and regular retail stores up the street, so your shopping doesn't have to end when you're done with the outlets. Post-pandemic, retail has struggled, but I found every single store owner and staff to be very welcoming and helpful--it's like they're glad to see you. Worth the trip.

I came to the store on two separate occasions and the second time I stopped by a couple of days later, the salesperson working there recognized me and greeted me in a friendly way. I wish I could come back although I'm in New York, if the store is still around in the Outlets by the time I come back, I would be more than happy to stop by and see the new Collections and items.
