Hi everyone... My experience with Talbot Pawn was not that great... I went there to look at a few things for my family, for Christmas, because I wanted to purchase a piece of jewelry for my mother... While earlier, I had pawned a few things and told him I was just there looking at stuff and that I would be back to get my stuff out of pawn, when I got paid from work... Meanwhile, I had a family emergency come up and when I went back to get my stuff out he looked at me and said that he got rid of my stuff, even after I tryed to explain the situation, but he didnt care... Maybe, if he got his head out of his ass and took his job seriously, opened form 10-4pm, like he says and not 11-2pm, like he does, then maybe he would get business, but like I said, he opens whenever he wants... I will never go to Talbot Pawn ever again as long as I live! He is a scam-artist and a crook and especially likes to rip off women! Run your business like an owner should, but you cannot cuz all you are, is a joke... read more

They don't give extions if your late by a few days because if they do it for you they have to do it for everyone so just be expecting if your late because something happens so go anywhere but here you will lose your stuff here...that's why they only get a star if I could give them no stars I would this place is a joke and so is the owner read more

Trying out guitars and deciding between 2 and guy told me "jam's over" decide. I tried to explain but he didn't care. I was in store less than 10 minutes. I'm mid 50 business man -not some kid goofing around in there - The younger guy (with tattoos was helpful hope he doesn't go by commission -owners screwed him out of one. i was just in there looking at used Blu-Rays. I found a good movie, took it to the counter where the nice fella looked at it & said, '$2.50!' I sd ok, gave him the money. Even though sign says Blu-rays $5.00, I thought the way he was inspecting the cover I might have missed another price tag. So he took my money but the old lady, with the bad dye job, took a look at the shelf and said those are $5, and he (me) knows better becuase he's in everyday! WHAT? I am not in there everyday & I told her, in front of another customer and the kind sales fella, that I can't know what goes on in his mind to make him think & say $2.50!
