¡Highly-recommended business!…read more I've been dealing with them since ~ 2015 and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their transactions with me have been honest, very-easily understood and thoroughly-transparent, which, in a business that tends to attract a fair number of 'shady characters', has earned well-deserved repeat business from me. Finally, their 'online calculator' and price lists have proven to be an EXTREMELY valuable resource, one that has provided a great deal of assistance with buying decisions.

They are liars and do not pay appropriate value for any stones that are within their jewellery that they buy, which is customer loss, money, Service is by far needing improvement. I did not leave "happy", I had done what I could and I did not want to argue or fight for more. To put it in context, you were yelling/arguing with another customer beside me for almost 5 minutes just prior. I wanted to leave as I was in a rush and, uncomfortable and delayed, and I had already made it clear I was disappointed by YOU LOSING A STONE and not fixing the actual thing (what you thought you could fix it in 1 minute in the back??). I didn't bring it back in because I don't trust you to fix it. And the one chance you had to own your mistake and apologize, you instead act defensive and blame me. I think that speaks volumes. You never should have charged me in the first place considering the bulk of the work wasn't done. Good luck with your business, I'm fine with the wasted time and money but it's my right to leave a review that explains what happened. Potential customers beware. ---- Brought in my wife's engagement ring to be fixed (the claws that hold the main stone in place had bent away) and to replace the tiny stones in the band with two spares I brought in. I was told they could fix the claws (fix! not just bend - ie add gold) When I came to pick it up they hadn't done anything to the prongs, I legitimately think they forgot. They also had LOST one of the band stones. They then proceeded to bend the band back (which was not the initial ask). They reduced my bill by 20$ for the lost stone. I got the ring home and my wife tries it on and turns it to the light and you can still clearly see the gap is there. I essentially paid to have a jeweller polish some jewelry, install one band stone (which I brought) and lose another (which I had bought previously) and waste my time. If I hadn't noticed that the stone was still loose at the counter they would have literally given me the ring after doing nothing to it but still charging me. I'm sure they're good for some things, and the people were friendly enough, however, for repairs or thing a that require communication and consideration, I would take your jewelry elsewhere. ------ I hope this helps others as I didn't see any reviews like this before now and wish I had. The photos don't really do it justice but it has play still (and one of the claws is clearly not the right shape) and we're waiting to go to a different jeweller before she wears it. The second photo shows the prong that's not flush and the last photo shows a different print (what it should look like).

We also saw a lot of restored Mid-century furniture in great condition, I would have taken a dining set home if I had room to jam it in my apartment. I will definitely return next time I'm in London!

If you want to take things in then call ahead to make an appointment because you'll need one. There is a regular section and a designer section. Helpful staff didn't make me feel as though they suspected every customer was trying to shoplift, an attitude far too prevalent in retail today.
