Today, right after her morning class, my daughter took a 23-minute Uber ride there. She was scolded for being 3 minutes late and told never to return. In shock, she sobbed for half an hour outside before taking an Uber back to campus. The Uber cost a total of $33.90, the sadness was immeasurable. She loves working with kids, and her first job as a surf camp counselor this summer was wonderful. Having danced since she was a child, she was excited and looking forward to this position. What a heartbreaking, soul-crushing experience.

I have left messages several times and never hear back from anyone. Shitty way to run a business. My work schedule changed and my daughter is no longer able to continue in the class she was in. I've tried communicating with them several times with no luck. It's very disappointing. Also, I inquired about billing and credits from paying for a performance my daughter was unable to attend and heard nothing regarding this. I blame the owner and not the workers as I was told she handled these situations. I believe that with a good management team this studios business could be turned around because as I previously stated the instructors are amazing!!!

And with my last visit to the 2023 Nutcracker show, it was nothing but splendid! The performance center itself is part of the Riverside Community College, so depending where you will park, you might get to walk around the campus. There also could be a flight of long stairs or just a flat walk towards the main entrance. Staff here are also really helpful and nice, and I'm sure they are the same for all the different shows they have here. Inside the auditorium, it reminds me of a large lecture hall: with those wooden, collapsable chairs...just felt like being in college again! Which was cool. The stage and its lighting system is amazing and the stage will be lit up just perfectly for any show. I really enjoy coming here and who knows, maybe I'll come back for another show!

The Theater is large with 1500 seats and a professional stage that I hear is about to get some major upgrades. It's obvious that a lot of effort has gone into making this storied stage something special. Simple concessions from a local club from campus were nice and just the right price. Tickets for into the woods was just $16.00 with a $5 discount for advanced purchase, an amazing bargain! Into The woods was fantastic, clever, and massively entertaining with a superb cast. The Sets and lighting crossed between professional and campy, just perfect for such a fun show.
