He also has a bunch of other services like rounding the spine, too, which is a nice little improvement if you pinch-grip. William's mother greeted me, took my knives, and reminded me of the price range per knife. On Friday morning, I got a text that my knives were ready and confirming the final price. Pick up was quick and easy, and the knives are well sharpened. Two of my knives are polished to a shiny finish, and William was able to maintain that shine. The knives cut so much better now, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. A few notes - the gate to the backyard is in the cul de sac (not the main street that the front door is on), so when you send the text letting them know that you've arrived, they'll meet you at that side gate. They only accept cash or Venmo. They don't give you the final price or pickup time until the work is done, I think because William needs to assess the knives. The price felt fair to me given the quality of work, just something to be aware of!

I had a specialty vegetable cleaver that I needed repaired and sharpened. It had been used by someone to cut something they shouldn't have and there was a nice chunk missing. I brought it into the store and dropped it off. It was ready in a matter of days and the price was more than reasonable, despite them having to do some extra work to get rid of the chip. What j I appreciate it is that they did the repair in a manner that maintained the integrity of the Knife when they could've just had their way with it. I wouldn't have known the difference. They also have a nice variety of kitchen accessories and I was able to pick up a knife sheath to protect everyone from the now razor Sharp clever. It's nice having a local business that does quality work and took the time to explain my options and what was done. They deserve 6 out on f 5 stars!

Today Bixia assisted me and I think she deserves more than the 5 star rating Yelp is providing. Thank you for your friendliness and efficiency Bixia! I went close to noon today and the store had a few couples walking around. The minute I walked inside the store, Bixia greeted me and asked if she could assist. She saw I had a list in my hand and automatically commented me for doing my homework. Took less than 2 minutes plus her expertise on this 2 quart pot I was looking for and she sold me a product! Sad the store didn't carry my item, but it was ordered online and the whole process took a couple minutes. I was overall impressed with Bixia's efficiency. Her colleague at the register was equally friendly even though he just greeted me on my way out. I was just at the Hillsdale location last night and that store is half the size of this Valley Fair location. The shelves were not as organized and poorly lit. No one greeted me at the door. There were only two associates and one manager I later spotted, but the customer service threw me off--you had to walk up to ask for help and later on give you the feeling they are readily available at the door when they act like they are monitoring you...watching you like you'll walk away with something. Ratings were on point about what this location lacked and wished I read the reviews prior to coming in. Take notes Hillsdale, there's a reason Valley Fair has more stars and foot traffic.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. Make sure you like what you're getting.

From start to finish, she was thoughtful, organized, and incredibly attentive to detail. What really stood out was the personalized service. Patty took the time to understand how we actually live in our home and helped translate that into designs that are both beautiful and functional. Patty worked seamlessly with our interior designer and general contractor which gave us great peace of mind that our home would turn out exactly the way we wanted. When a few items were damaged in transit they immediately ordered a replacement and made everything right. Even after installation was complete, Patty and Curt went above and beyond--coming back to walk us through maintenance and care so we could keep everything looking and working its best. That level of follow-through made a big impression. We truly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend Signature Kitchen & Bath Design to anyone looking for a team that combines great design with exceptional service.

From the very beginning, Patty listened thoughtfully to our vision, needs, and family's rhythm. I leaned on her expertise and trusted her recommendations completely. I'm glad I did. She took my aesthetics and ideas and skillfully incorporated them into a design that felt deeply "us," while elevating everything in ways I couldn't have achieved on my own. We now have more space, a peninsula where our whole family can eat, all without knocking down walls. This wasn't just a kitchen remodel for us; it was a kitchen that evolved with our family, and one we will enjoy for years to come as we move into the late elementary and junior high seasons of raising our kids. Patty and Kurt put their heart in the heart of the home! Patty said that "it takes a village," and that is exactly what this process felt like: a true village effort, thoughtfully coordinated to bring everything together beautifully. Their attention to detail was outstanding from precise measurements to careful planning, thoughtful execution, and consistent, attentive follow-up with us throughout the project. We always felt cared for, never rushed, and deeply supported in our decisions. Patty and Kurt treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, and their communication was clear, warm, and reassuring from start to finish. Our finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations in both beauty and function, and it brings us joy every single day. Friends, family, and neighbors continue to compliment the transformation and the quality of the design. If we ever need renovation advice in the future, Signature Kitchen & Bath will be our first call. We recommend Patty and Kurt without hesitation to anyone looking for experts in cabinet and kitchen design, genuinely care about their clients, and bring caliber and reliability to a renovation.
