Pick up was quick and easy, and the knives are well sharpened. Two of my knives are polished to a shiny finish, and William was able to maintain that shine. The knives cut so much better now, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. A few notes - the gate to the backyard is in the cul de sac (not the main street that the front door is on), so when you send the text letting them know that you've arrived, they'll meet you at that side gate. They only accept cash or Venmo. They don't give you the final price or pickup time until the work is done, I think because William needs to assess the knives.
