They said that the only thing they could do would be to fill the order tomorrow- which isnt really helpful at 830 tonight I asked to speak to a manager, and after a few minutes the same person returned to the phone. They suddenly were able to see my order - which was not cancelled on my end, but still stated that the kitchen was closed, and there was a private party so they unable to fill this order. I asked why were we able to order if they were closed- I was told that the system ordered it and charged my card, not them. They said all they could do was fill the order tomorrow or refund my money tomorrow. They also offered to pay me cash for my order tomorrow in the store instead of refunding my credit card When I said that is not acceptable they said they could call my order to a different restaurant and that we could go pick it up there. When questioned regarding the different name i was told its the same restaurant, same menu, different name. We decided after all to not bother with our order from here and went to a different restaurant all together as the whole thing left a bad taste in our mouth.. We will not be using this restaurant again even thought they are literally across the street from where we live as this just left me feeling uncomfortable-- and I still have to call my credit card to dispute the charges as the restaurant hasn`t done that
