One of the staff members stated, " it's nice to see people out visiting us over the weekend" I love supporting our local community and it's these little mom and pop shops that need our support. Great service, nice portions, fair prices and a tantalizing of taste buds. Make the drive, and visit Mi Ranchito! Not to mention they have amazing prices for their ice cream shop next door! Many home made flavors and palettas that have REAL fruit in them for just $4. Sundaes for less than $4! It's definitely a must try!

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. From the moment we walked in, the…read morewaitress was unpleasant and not welcoming at all. There was no friendliness, no effort to make us feel comfortable as customers. We were brought chips that were ice cold, as if they had come straight from a refrigerator. The salsa served with them was also cold. I politely asked if the chips could be warmed, even suggesting the microwave, and was told they "don't do that." I've been to many Mexican restaurants, and warm chips are standard, so this was already disappointing. Unfortunately, it only got worse. The waitress said her name was Karen--which I honestly doubt, given the amount of negative reviews mentioning poor customer service. It felt more like a name used to avoid accountability. When it came time to order, I clearly told her it was my first time there and asked for guidance on what to order. She offered no help at all. When I asked about substitutions, I was shut down immediately without explanation or effort. Her communication was minimal, dismissive, and rude. The attitude throughout the night was very clear: "what you see is what you get." By the time the food arrived, we were so uncomfortable that we simply asked for boxes and left. That says everything. I can't say whether race played a role, but I can say the environment was unwelcoming, the service was terrible, and the food experience did not make up for it at all. Based on the many similar reviews I've since seen, this seems to be a pattern--not a one-off experience. I would not recommend this place unless major changes are made to both customer service and food quality.

There is barely any parking so you are forced to park on the side of the building and walk over to the restaurant. Unfortunately, these are the worse tacos I have ever tasted. Absolutely no flavor. The tortillas were lacking flavor and authenticity. The rice tasted like nothing and the beans I can guarantee were watered down.
