I found Andi Bravo Photography online and I couldn't believe how reasonable her price was for everything she offered! I was a little skeptical at first but after going through her photos I decided to give her a shot. Andi was always quick to respond to every email & text, which was so important to me while I was planning my wedding, stressed out planning a wedding 2 hours away and waiting around for a bunch of different vendors to respond to me. I never waited more than an hour to hear back from her and even when I would send her multiple emails in a row that probably made no sense, she was nothing but friendly & helpful! She created a folder for us on her Pinterest and helped me pin the photos that we liked and wanted to try. I have to admit, I am a novice an it took her some work to get me up to speed... We wanted to do our photos at my fiance's ranch, because of the beauty and the old barns on the property. His house is an hours drive from Tulsa. Andi called me to confirm and then I asked her to text me when she headed our way. When she did, I was still in Tulsa having my makeup done, and was running late and a little stressed. She assured me it was no problem and drove out and scouted for places that she thought would be beautiful. When we arrived, she was there with her equipment and brought props for us to use. To say Andi is warm in an understatement. I instantly liked her and it was hard not to get caught up in her excitement. She was thrilled that the day had turned out to be so beautiful and we spent the afternoon driving from location to location to capture the look that we wanted. It was comfortable and relaxing and Andi made both of us feel at ease. After we finished, we returned to the house, and Andi asked me a number of questions that I hadn't even considered. She asked about the other vendors and helped me pick a DJ. After her recommendation, I had no doubt and he turned out to be every bit as professional as Andi is. In a few minutes she had a schedule for our big day and indicated that she would speak to our other vendors to make sure they were on the same page. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she loves what she does. Although we don't get married for another two months, I can say that she has gone above and beyond my expectations and I don't think anyone could do a better job! Photography is not something that I wanted to cut corners on and I have no question that our photos are going to be nothing short of amazing. Safety Concerns at Willow Creek Mansion in Broken Arrow, OK…read more My wife and I recently attended a wedding at the Willow Creek Mansion in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on 10/26/23. While the celebration itself was a success for the bride and groom, we feel it's important to share our experience, especially the concerning safety issues we encountered during our time at the venue. Accessibility Issues: Our first negative experience at Willow Creek Mansion was trying to get my wife, who requires an upwalker and a cane for mobility, into the building. Unfortunately, the venue lacks a handicap ramp or railings, making it extremely challenging for individuals with mobility issues to access the premises. We faced much consternation and frustration while navigating this obstacle, only to discover that the front door could only be opened from the inside. Our attempts to seek assistance using the video doorbell were met with no response. There was a cobbled path that connected to the front porch, but this proved to be an adventure for not only my wife but also for other guests who got their shoeware stuck between the cobbles. This lack of accessibility was a significant drawback for our overall experience. Safety Hazards: In the back yard on the south side of the mansion, there was a charming vintage wood-covered patio. Unfortunately, while my son was out taking a phone call, he stepped onto a rotting floorboard that came loose, exposing nails. This caused him to lose his balance and nearly resulted in an injury. Luckily, he managed to avoid the nails, but it served as a warning sign for us to not bring my wife outside due to the safety risks. The back patio deck, which was the only access point for my wife, also had no ramp or railings. We had no choice but to lift her into the back glassed-in room, which was an embarrassing situation for her. These safety issues were concerning and not at all conducive to a celebratory atmosphere. Maintenance and Overall Condition: Additionally, we observed that the grounds surrounding the old mansion were not well maintained. The surrounding picket fence was dilapidated and in spots, ready to fall over. The vintage charm of the location is appealing, but it's overshadowed by the severe disrepair and safety concerns. In summary, we would not recommend Willow Creek Mansion as a venue until significant improvements are made to address accessibility and safety concerns. It is crucial that the venue management takes immediate action to bring the property up to code levels to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. We hope that by sharing our experience, others can make informed decisions about their event venues.
