I've never had anything but quick and direct service here. I don't feel like they try to up sell you into a more expensive oil than you need they are usually really good at asking for coupons, and are pretty honest about manufacturer coupons that are offered even if you don't bring them up. read more

BEWARE OD SLEEZY PRACTICES. I'm done with Take 5! $135 for an oil change and they put a sticker reminding you to get an oil change in 3K mikes. Synthetic oil is usually 7,500+ miles. They wouldn't even take my lousy $10 coupon when try upsold me to synthetic. They didn't even reset my oil life. Now I'm trying to figure out how to do that. Don't go there. read more

Absolute incompetence. Three people to change oil on one vehicle at a time, then can't remember who came in for service in what order. Asked them to close my hood so I could leave and they all ran into the office. The last time they left oil all over my frame which then leaked all over my driveway. Don't recommend at all. read more

We went for a quick oil change service . We pulled up with only one car in the bay in front of us. We waited 30 minutes for that car to be completed. then we pulled in and it took over an hour for our car. It's not worth my time or money a place that advertises 10 minute oil changes and takes over an hour is ridiculous. Not to mention we sat in a hot car while we're waiting the whole time. We were on a road trip from FL to NY and all the sudden our car needed oil change. We went to Take 5 at around 7:15 am and the two ladies were there ready to help! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Got the oil and filter changed within 10 minutes and sent our car right back on the road. Price was a bit higher than what we have usually paid, but we would not complaint given their excellent services. It was a pleasure to be serviced there. read more

I have a 2008 Cheverolet. Normally when it is time for an oil change I call my mechanic, drop it off and take an Uber home only to catch a ride back the next day to pick it up. This was amazingly fast and convenient. Pull in and tell the service director what I want and he showed me what lane to go into. Listening to the guy under my car and another under my hood call out the steps to the lead was like a military call out. Very professional and I was done in 10min. Since this is an old car it tends to leak a bit of oil so the "Free fluid top off any time at Any location" was a bonus. I will be back. Maybe with one of my newer cars. read more

Take five oil implies that it takes five minutes. It may take five minutes to change your oil, but it takes 40 minutes to get in the door. Their ads about how quick it is are misleading because if there's a car in the lane in front of you you're gonna wait 20 minutes to get your oil changed. They should change their logo to take 30 minutes. Might not be a bad deal. But take five is a lie. read more

Had an oil change there, no other fluids were checked and oil was slopped on the engine with excessive smoke. Used them a couple years ago and they offered to change my wipers for 16 dollars each because they were on sale so I said ok. Don't recommend. Better to go to mechanic or dealer. Today for second time to this location I had a bad result. I try to be loyal to people and have been to this location twice within a year and the east location once.(three times). First there price have doubled since year ago. Today , my fourth time at take 5, I notice upon completion that I did not have my wallet. I ask the manager if I could run home to get it. He told me I have to give him my cell phone. I said that is not good, I said here are two receipts showing my loyalty to take 5. I said you have me on your computer (they have phone and my address). I also showed him they had last four digits of my American express card. But he still said he could not trust me. Here I'm a senior citizen and no respect from this manager. What if I crashed on way home with no wallet, how could I call anyone? I also told them that Subaru dealer was cheaper. (using skilled certified mechanics to do my oil change with Subaru approved oil which issuers your warranty protection) So it does not matter they have all your personal info on there computer and you have spent oil changes three times there within a year. No loyalty returned to the customer. And they use bulk oil which probably is not as good as Subaru dealer. At 95 dollar a pop, Almost 300 dollars spent there. Last time I go to take 5. Seniors, go to someone that gives you respect. Well I must be honest and get this out to google and yelp. Honest auto care would be great choice. read more

My son and I took his car to Take5 for an oil change, didn't expect the high level of service. Unfortunately, the bolt on the oil pan was stripped but that didn't stop the staff from 1) Topping me off 2) Gifting me a bolt (so that I didn't have to buy one) 3) Gave my son and me a bottle of water. The staff charged me nothing, even though i offered to pay for the service. Explained everything that happened, checked the air pressure in the tires and everything else. Needless to say, I will return and will always recommend the location. The customer service I received was unexpected and great. Special kudos to the manager and Maisey. read more

I'll change my own oil next time. Will take less time and cost less. Car is recommended for full synthetic oil lasting 5k-10k miles for oil change their stickers are at 3k. Just a warning to you that care about value. People are kind though and a free water makes your hour wait easier. read more

Extremely lazy staff. While I like this business, this location is one to avoid. Drive three miles to the east and visit their other location. Greeter/mechanic Gage said it would take too long to drain the oil in our car by removing the drain plug and wanted to suck it out through the dipstick tube. avoid this place at all costs!( 1 star) over $70 for a synthetic oil change? you've got to be kidding! They Even charged my wife extra for the oil filter! I've never heard of that before. Then they tried to sell my wife a cabin air filter which I just had replaced my them 3k miles ago, the last time I was there. When they were done they slapped a sticker on it for 3000 miles, even though synthetic I'll is good for up to 10k. Very very disappointed. read more

I went to Take 5 oil change in Ormond yesterday and these guys and girls were amazing!! I was actually able to go in their and get a fast and efficient oil change with absolutely no pressure on up sales. They didn't try to make feel like my car was going to break down just because I didn't want to purchase a air filter or wiper blades. They made me feel like I was truly getting a great service and that they actually cared about me and my vehicle.
