Brought car for a 10 AM appointment that I was there 45 minutes early. Upon arrival stood waiting in lobby. No one at front desk. Called the phone of Tire Kingdom. Josh answered. Josh came to the front and was very abusive in his delivery of language. Josh also went onto verbalize how abrupt and rude he is and he knows it. Why would you have someone like that in your front area to greet the customers. Josh continued to be very rude. The weight was over 2 1/2 hours and that was with an appointment. I called the headquarter number and got Andre and he was no help. Andre told me there's absolutely no supervisors you can speak to to discuss the issue. I was told all the managers were in Palm Coast Florida at a meeting and no one was reachable and I was not allowed to speak to a manager. Never in my experience does a customer service place not have a manager you can speak to so again lied to by Andre. Josh continued to be mumbling under his voice at the counter pacing back-and-forth as other customers came in. Thankfully, the lobby is under camera surveillance because your safety could be at jeopardy going into the store with him in the front. My biggest concern was my safety and they had my vehicle in which I had a flat tire. If you look at these reviews on now, it's very discouraging to not use the store. I also went online and reported my details of my issue. Then this morning I get a reminder about my appointment that I quote so-called missed yesterday. I was at my appointment in fact was there almost 3 hours. And then I get an email saying I missed the appointment how absurd and what kind of company system outfit are you running? Tire Kingdom honestly don't waste your time. There are so many more places that truly want your business and want to take care of you in your vehicle. read more

Took my truck there to get it aligned and have the ac charged and they told me the alignment was spot on and they fixed my camber on the driver side. I started driving and noticed it kept pulling to the left and the driver side is still cambered and nowhere near perfect. The ac being charged was also an issue my ac stops going cold after about 5 minutes of driving. read more

bought 4 new tires. including balancing and alignment if needed. Out the door...serious wobble in front end at 60 MPH. Took vehicle to another tire store where it was found that tire(s) not balanced and alignment was out of acceptable limits..... I payed for both those items when tires purchased. $250 later the wobble is gone and satisfied. would not recommend this business. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I bought a set of tires for a Rav4 Toyota. I noticed after they installed the tires there was a loud humming noise. I brought the car back and they said it was a wheel bearing so I paid an additional 450 dollars later the issue still was there. They kept saying they would get back to .e on the issue and still have not done so. The car had only 36,000 miles on it and it had nothing to do with a wheel bearing! Don't come to this store. They put the wrong tires on my car, thankfully I noticed before driving away. Waited for hours and wasted lots of my time. This isn't even the issue. The issue is when 10 minutes into driving my left tires hub cap completely pops off and I go back into the store and the employees tell me it's not their fault even though they had just been working on that exact tire. I dropped my vehicle off due a noise coming from the engine. The staff seemed knowledgeable. I was told that one of the engine belt was worn out. They changed the belt and tighten the belt tension. I started the truck and the noise was still present. The manager told me "give it a couple days" and will stop" the noise was worse and nonstop. I charged $300. I took it back a couple days later and advised the staff to figure it out. 4 1/2 hours later they said that they could not fix it and didn't know what was wrong. Terrible service and not straight with you. I am in the Ormond Beach area for only a week, and heavily destroyed a tire. I had wanted to go somewhere that is only open on the weekend, so I called around mid-day on Friday to get a tire. They told me they would have it in by 2:00 on Saturday, so I made a 3:00 appointment on Saturday, and rescheduled to do Sunday what I had planned to do Saturday. On Saturday, I go to Tire Kingdom pursuant to my appointment, only to be told that the tire is "en route." When I asked if it would still get that day, they were evasive and when pressed ultimately said it would be that Sunday morning (so it was not "en route" but was waiting somewhere to be sent). By then, I could not do what I would otherwise have done that day. On Sunday morning around 10:00 I called, and they told me it would be there by 12:00. I called again a 1:00, only to be told it would not be there until Monday after noontime. I have never dealt with a tire shop in my 50 years of driving that could not get tire within 24 hours. Even worse, they lied to me at least three times (Friday when they said they would have it by 2:00 Saturday, Saturday when I went there and was told it was "en route" and when pressed further they said it would be there Sunday "morning," and Sunday morning to be told it would be there by noon that day, only to be told at 1:00 that it would not be there until Monday). Thanks to their lies, I was prevented from doing over 2 days the one other thing I wanted to accomplish that weekend and which I cannot accomplish since I will be leaving the area this week. read more

I have used the Tire Kingdom of Williamson 3x for car repairs over the last 2 years. They have been wonderful. Each time they have saved me money on repairs and fully explained what the problem was. Last visit my check engine light was on and the quick scan diagnostic stated it was a bad solenoid. I brought the car in to be repaired and on exam they found it was instead a lose wire going to the solenoid. They rehooked the wire and charged me nothing. After some research, I purchased 4 tires at Tire Kingdom. I found their prices better than the other places and what I didn't expect was the customer service. They were all very courteous, offered to drive me back to work and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Big County was very helpful and the technician (I'm sorry I've forgotten his name) answered all of my questions. The inside was clean and all of their services are clearly displayed on the walls. I needed 2 new tyres for my car. Simple right? I checked in at 8:28 am... Watched them take my car at around 8:55am which means I am next right??? Didn't get my car back until basically 10:00am. 9:59am is the checkout time on paper. Who takes 1hr to change 2 tyres when you have power tools and do automotive work for a living??? Quality of work is fair to poor. I purchased a set of tires for my truck. One wheel was bent during install, one wheel lug was stripped and the nut cap was detroyed. The wheels all received multiple small scratches. No one volunteered any information about these problems. It has been search and discover for me. I was promised the chrome lug nut would be replaced and I am still waiting for about two months. I do not recommend this store to anyone with a very nice vehicle. I do not believe that the staff is qualified or capable of working with any high end automobiles. This is my experience and these are my personal opinions. read more

Had an appointment booked for 9am due to me having to be at work by 10am, which I told them and they agreed that was no issue. I arrived just before 9am and there were 2 people in front of me. It took him 15-20 mins to get to me and said it would take around 45mins to do an oil change. While dealing with me he kept answering the phone and kept me waiting even longer. It felt like if a bigger more expensive job comes in, they get priority no matter if you book in advance. Have lost my business. read more

What a fantastic visit. I had been having a issue with the alignment on my vehicle for a few months and no one could figure out what was going on. I walked in and explained the specifics of my vehicle to the gentleman letting him know it was on lowered suspension and I was having a issue that I knew could be fixed but I just didn't know how. CJ, the gentleman working at the front desk, said he would put it on the rack and give it a shot. (I am weird about me car so I always like to watch it being worked on) So I walked around and started watching Chris, the tech, work on my car and he asked if I had any questions and we started chatting while he was aligning everything. Im not going to lie I was a little doubtful things would be corrected because the last few places couldn't get everything in spec but....... About 30 minutes later I go in my car and drove off and it was simply amazing not having to constantly correct my car drifting to the left as well as eating up my tires. Overall I am extremely impressed and will absolutely be taking my vehicle back to this facility for any maintenance. read more
