While we ate, they finished our car (early!) and didn't charge us for the two patched they put on my tire! I was advised the vehicle needed major repairs, and I spent hours calling around receiving repair quotes totaling thousands of dollars. I had to go a whole day without my vehicle because they drained the oil and said the car couldn't be driven period. Thankfully, I had the vehicle towed to a BMW/euro specialist for a second opinion. After inspection, they determined there was no catastrophic housing failure and were able to properly install the filter/cap, complete the oil service correctly, and return my vehicle the same day. What was most frustrating was the amount of stress and panic this situation caused unnecessarily. Being told your vehicle is undrivable and may need thousands in repairs is serious, especially when that diagnosis turns out to be inaccurate. I strongly encourage anyone with a European vehicle to seek a qualified BMW/euro specialist for service and second opinions before authorizing major repairs.

Nothing accomplished. So - Jiffy Lube. Got there at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. Took awhile to get started. But then, everything done quickly and at a decent price. Found an online coupon. Even better. They did not have an air filter or rear wiper. They made suggestion to go to very-close-by Auto Zone. But then they would install them anyway! What? Really? So I went to Auto Zone. They had the parts. The Jiffy Lube folks did indeed install them! (That was worth a decent tip.) So, everything accomplished anyway. No apptmt necessary. No excessive wait time. Decent price. Creative - and generous - solution to an impasse. Excellent job all round. Not flashy, but functional and efficient. They get your job done. Like it.

There is no need to treat customers like this.
